Abstract
Patente de Invenção: <B>"CONDICIONADOR DE AR E VáLVULA DE CONTROLE EM COMPRESSOR DE DESLOCAMENTO VARIáVEL"<D>. Trata-se de uma válvula de controle (200) que controla a pressão em uma câmara de manivela (5) de um compressor para mudar o deslocamento do compressor. O compressor inclui uma câmara de descarga (22), uma câmara de sucção (21) e uma passagem de suprimento (28), que conecta a câmara de descarga (22) à câmara de manivela (5). A válvula de controle (200) regula a passagem de suprimento (28). A válvula de controle (200) inclui um corpo de válvula (43), um carretel (54) e um solenóide (100). O corpo de válvula (43) ajusta o tamanho de uma abertura na passagem de suprimento (28). O carretel (54) move o corpo de válvula (43) de acordo com a diferença de pressão (Pd-Ps) entre a pressão na câmara de descarga (22) e a pressão na câmara de sucção (21). O solenóide (100) lança o corpo de válvula (43) por uma força, a magnitude da qual corresponde ao suprimento de eletricidade. A força de lançamento do solenóide (100) representa um valor alvo (TPD) da diferença de pressão (Pd-Ps). O carretel (54) move o corpo de válvula (43) de modo que a diferença de pressão (Pd-Ps) procura o valor alvo (TPD). A válvula de controle (200), que é localizada no compressor, permite que o deslocamento do compressor seja precisamente controlado independente da carga térmica no evaporador (33).
