Abstract
"SISTEMA DE VáLVULA MONITORADA E MéTODO PARA DETECTAR ESTADO DE VáLVULA DE FLUIDO". Módulo de detecção para uma válvula de fluido utiliza um corpo (40) de sensor tendo uma câmara (41) de detecção. Um elemento (42) de extensão é acoplado fixamente a um elemento (27) de válvula principal, é deslIzável dentro da câmara (41) de detecção ao longo de um primeiro eixo geométrico, e tem uma superfície inclinada (52) de came. Um êmbolo (54) tem um seguidor (57) de came para engatar a superfìcie (52) de came e é deslizável ao longo de um segundo eixo entre uma primeira posição, quando o elemento (27) de válvula está em sua posição desativada, e uma seguNda posição quando o elemento (27) de válvula está em sua posição ativada. O êmbolo (54) é exposto à câmara (41) de detecção. Um comutador (55) de detecção é acoplado ao êmbolo (54) para gerar um sinal de comutação indicativo da primeira e segunda posição. O corpo (20) de válvula e o corpo (40) de sensor cooperam para formar uma passagem de fluido entre o orifício (25) de saída e a câmara (41) de detecção, e o êmbolo (54) se desloca para a segunda posição quando o elemento (27) de válvula está na posição desativada se uma pressão de fluido maior do que uma pressão predeterminada estiver presente no orifício (25) de saída.
