Abstract

Изобретението се отнася до устройство и метод за кристализация на вещества из разтвори или дисперсии, съдържащи тези вещества, в кристализатор, койтовключва разпределителна зона (3), вътрешна (1) и външна (2) циркулационна система, като вътрешната циркулационна система (1) се намира в кристализатора. Входният отвор на външната циркулационна система (2) е свързан с вътрешната циркулационна система (1) чрез разпределителната зона (3). Външната циркулационна система (2) се намира извън кристализатора, а нейният изходен отвор е свързан с вътрешната циркулационна система (1). Във външната циркулационна система (2), преди нейния изходен отвор, е включено съоръжение за разтваряне на кристали. Захранващ отвор (4) за разтвора и/или дисперсията се намира в кристализатора или във външната циркулационна система (2). Отвеждащ отвор (5) за дисперсията се намира в кристализатора или във външната циркулационна система (2). Устройството е снабдено допълнително с тръбопровод (8), който свързва външната и вътрешната циркулационна система (1,2) и е предназначен за рециклиране/придвижване на дисперсията, и/или с тръбопровод (8) за рециклиране/придвижване на дисперсията, входящият и изходящият отвори на който са свързани с вътрешната циркулационна система (1).
