Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'une dispersion aqueuse stable d'un complexe de silicate de métal alcalin et d'aluminium qui est soluble dans l'acide chlorhydrique, qui consiste à mélanger une solution aqueuse de silicate de métal alcalin avec une solution aqueuse d'un sel d'aluminium sous l'effet d'un cisaillement dans un appareil comportant un tube de mélange 2 présentant au moins deux entrées 3, 4, 5 à une extrémité et une sortie 8 à l'autre extrémité, le cisaillement nécessaire étant obtenu en contraignant les courants aqueux provenant de chaque entrée à suivre un trajet généralement hélicoïdal et à évacuer le produit aqueux du tube à une pression inférieure d'au moins 2,8 kg/cm**2, à la pression d'entrée de la masse d'eau du produit. Une particularité essentielle de l'appareil réside dans le fait que le mouvement hélicoïdal et la chute de pression sont provoqués par des moyens fixes ménagés dans l'appareil.
