제 1 도는 본 발명에 따른 황산 암모늄 결정의 확대장치의 개략적인 정면도이다.
Claims (2)
- 다음의 a), b)로 이루어진 a)공급물 결정의 하강 비율을 지체시키는 가스의 향류흐름에 대해 결정의 접촉기간이 하강되면서, 95내지 110℃에서 약 0.15내지 약 0.45㎜의 평균 크기를 갖는 황산 암모늄 결정의 공급물에 농축된 황산 암모늄 수용액을 분무하는 단계(이때 농축된 황산 암모늄 수용액은 적어도 1.0㎜의 평균 크기를 갖는 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정이 얻어지도록 충분해야 한다), b)이들의 물 함량이 약 1중량% 이하로 감소되도록 가스의 농축된 흐름에 대해 하강하면서 110 내지 125℃온도에서 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정을 가열하는 단계로 이루어진 황산 암모늄 결정의 평균 크기를 증가시키는 방법
- a)한 단부에서 황산 암모늄 결정의 공급물을 수용하고 및 다른 단부에서 비교적 높은 물 함량을 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정을 배출하기 위한 제1챔버(chamber), b)제1챔버안으로 황산 암모늄 수용액을 분무하여 실제적으로 개개의 황산 암모늄 공급물 결정이 황산 암모늄 용액에 의해 접촉되도록 수단 c)제1챔버에서 그것을 통해 황산 암모늄 결정의 흐름에 반하여 흐르는 가스의 흐름을 제공하는 수단, d)적어도 그러한 결정이 황산 암모늄 용액과 접촉하여 이 용액이 비교적 높은 물 함량을 갖는 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정으로 얻어진 공급물 결정상에서 적어도 부분적으로 건조가 수행되도록 제1챔버에서 황산 암모늄 공급물 결정을 가열하는 수단, e)한 단부에서 제1챔버로 부터 배출된 비교적 높은 물 함량을 갖는 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정을 수용하고 및 다른 단부에서 확대되고, 건조된 황산 암모늄 결정을 배출하기 위한 제2챔버, f)제2챔버에서 그것을 통새 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정의 흐름에 반하여 흐르는 가스 흐름을 제공하는 수단, g)제2챔버에서 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정을 가열하여 결정의 물 함량을 감소시키는 수단, h)장치로부터 가스의 상한 누출을 막기에 충분한 것으로, 제2챔버의 한 단부로부터 배출된 감소된 물 함량을 갖는 확대된 황산 암모늄 결정을 수용하는 제3챔버, i)제3챔버로 부터의 감소된 물 함량을 갖는 확장된 황산 암모늄 결정을 운반하기 위한 이송수단로 이루어진 황산 암모늄 결정의 확대장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개되는 것임.
