Abstract

Полиетерполиолът има ароматност от 2 до 35%, средна номинална функционалност (Fn) 2,0-4,5 и хидроксилна стойност от 390 до 650 mg KOH/g, при което ароматните въглеродни атоми се съдържат в структурнирадикали с обща формулав която и двете R1 групи независимо една от друга представляват водород или С1-3 алкилова група, двете R2 групи, независимо една от друга, представляват С1-3алкилова група и n има стойност е цяло число от 0 до 3. Методът за получаване на полиетерполиола включва взаимодействие на алкилен оксид с поливалентна алкохолна смес, съдържаща дифенилолалканен източник на посочения структурен радикал и най-малко един алифатен или алициклен поливалентен алкохол с функционалност поне от 2,0. Полиетерполиолната смес с ароматност от 2 до 10% и Fn 2,5-5,0 екв/mol съдържапосочения полиетерполиол и един или повече алифатни или алициклениполиетерполиоли, имащи Fn най-малко 2,5 екв/mol. Твърд пенополиуретан, с обща ароматност от 35 до 50% се получава при разпенване на състав, който съдържа посочения полиол или полиолна смес с ароматност от 2 до 10% и Fn 2,5-5,0 екв/mol и ароматен полиизоцианат в такова количество, че изоцианатният индекс е от 100 до 150, при което полиоловият реактив отговаря за 1 до 10% обща ароматност на твърдияпенополиуретан.
