Abstract

En un proceso para producir espumas rígidas a base de isocianato, el agente hinchador usado es una mezcla de por lo menos un hidrocarburo de baja temperatura de ebullicion que tiene de 3 a 7 átomos de carbono, alcoholes monohídricos de bajo peso molecular que contienen grupos de hidroxilo primario o secundario y que tienen de 1 a 4 átomos de carbono y, si se desea, el dioxido de carbono formado de agua y el isocianato. Las espumas rígidas se pueden usar como un material de aislamiento.
