Claims (10)

  1. (1) 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체(이 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체는 화락량론적 과량이 존재하도록 한다) 25 내지 75중량%와 1000이상의 당량 및 1.6 내지 3의 공칭 작용가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올(제1폴리올) 25 내지 75중량%의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 예비중합체, 및 (2) 1500이상의 당량을 갖는 제2폴리올을 반응시켜 제조한 가용성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1폴리올의 당량이 1500 이상인 발포체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 예비중합체의 30 내지 65중량%가 폴리에테르 폴리올인 발포체.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 이산화탄소, 질소, 물, 공기, 저비점의 할로겐화 메탄, 아조비스(포름아미드) 및 이의 혼합물중에서 선택된 발포제를 함유하는 발포체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 제1폴리올의 당량이 1500 이상이고, 공칭 작용가가 2.47 내지 3인 발포체.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 쇼어 A경도가 30 미만인 발포체.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 실온에서의 압축 영구왜가 50% 압축시 10% 미만인 발포체.
  8. (1) 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체(이 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체는 화학량론적 과량이 존재하도록 한다) 25 내지 75중량%와 1000 이상의 당량 및 1.6 내지 3의 공칭 작용가를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올(제1폴리올) 25 내지 75중량%의 반응 생성물인 예비중합체 및 (2) 1500 이상의 당량을 갖는 제2폴리올을 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 발포체의 쇼어 A경도가 30 미만이고, 실온에서의 압축 영구왜가 50% 압축시 10% 미만인 방법.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 제1폴리올의 당량이 1500 이상이고, 공칭 작용기가 2.47 내지 3인 방법.
