Claims (8)
- a) 디페닐메탄계의 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, b)폴리에테르 폴리올, 폴리에스테르 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물을 기본으로 하고, 평균 분자량이 약 1,500내지 18,000이고 평균 하이드록실 작용가가 2.5이상인 폴리올 성분 및 c) 1)분자량이 122내지 400이고, 각 아미노그룹에 대해 하나 이상의 오르토-위치에서 알칼치환체를 갖는 하나 이상의 방향족 디아민 50내지 95중량%[성분(c)의 중량을 기준], 2)분자량이 약1,000내지 12,000이고, 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 하나 이상의 화합물 5내지 50중량%[성분(c)의 중량을 기준]를 함유하며, 단 성분(c)의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 기준으로하여 80중량%이상이 1급 및/또는 2급 아미노 그룹인 폴리아민 성분을 사용하여, 성분(a)를 4:1이상의 NCO/OH당량비에서 성분(b) 90중량%이상과 반응시켜 NCO반-예비중합체를 수득한 다음, 이 NCO반-예비중하체를 반응 사출 성형 방법에 의해 성분(c)[이때, 성분(c)는 성분(a),(b) 및 (c)의 반응성 그룹을 기준으로 하여 70 내지 130의 이소시아네이트 지수를 제공하기에충분한 양으로 존재한다]및 잔여량의 성분(b)와 반응시켜 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 폴리우레아 탄성체를 수득함을 특징으로 하여, 우레탄 그룹을 함유하는 폴리우레아 탄성체를 기본으로 하는, 조밀한 표면을 갖는 임의의 기포질 탄성체 조형품을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b) 모두를 성분(a)와 반응시킴을 특징으로하여NCO반-예비중합체를 수득하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 평균 분자량이 약 2,000내지 14,000이고 평균 하이드록실 작용가가 3이상인 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 평균 분자량이 약 2,000내지 14,000이고 평균 하이드록실 작용가가 3이상인 하나 이상의 폴리에테르 폴리올을 포함하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C1)이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 이 화합물과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 성분(C1)이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 이 화합물과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 성분(C1)이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 이 화합물과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 성분(C1)이 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,4-디아미노벤젠 또는 이 화합물과 1-메틸-3,5-디에틸-2,6-디아미노벤젠과의 혼합물을 포함하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
