Abstract

본 발명은 a)1) 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 80 내지 95중량%, 2) 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 2 내지 7중량%, 및 3) 3이상의 관능가를 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 동족체 및 개질된 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트로부터 선택된 2이상의 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 이소시아네이트 일정량(여기서, 이 이소시아네이트의 양은 전체 이소시아네이트 혼합물 a)가 2.02 내지 2.50의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖도록 정해진 다)로 이루어진 이소시아네이트 혼합물과, b)1) 1000 내지 5000의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 디올 및 2) 1000내지 6000의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 트리올로 이루어지고 디올 대 트리올의 중량비가 10:1 내지 1:10인 폴리올 혼합물을 반응시켜 제조한, 이소시아네이트에 관한 것이다. 이 폴리이소시아네이트를 RIM법에 사용하면 우수한 저온 충격 특성을 갖는 성형품이 얻어진다.

Claims (8)

  1. a) 4,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 80 내지 95중량% 2) 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 2 내지 7중량% 및 3) 3이상의 관능가를 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 동족체 및 개질된 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 선택된 2이상의 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 이소시아네이트 일정량(여기서, 이이소시아네이트의 양은 전체 이소시아네이트 혼합물 a)가 2,02 내지 2.50의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖도록 정해진다)로 이루어진 이소시아네이트 혼합물과, b)1) 1000 내지 5000의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 디올 및 2) 1000 내지 6000의 분자량을 갖는 1종 이상의 트리올로 이루어지고 디올 대 트리올의 중량비가 10:1 내지 1:10인 폴리올 혼합물을 반응시켜 제조한, 이소시아네이트기 함량이 10 내지 30중량%이고 실온에서 안정한 액상의 포리이소시아네이트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이소시아네이트 혼합물 a)가 1) 4,4'-디페닐 디미소시아네이트 90 내지 94중량%, 2) 2,4'-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 4 내지 6중량%, 및 3) 3이상의 관능가를 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 동족체 및 개질된 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로부터 선택된 2이상의 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 이소시아네이트 일정량(여기서, 이 이소시아네이트의 양은 전체 이소시아네이트 혼합물 a)가 2.02 내지 2.50의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖도록 정해진다)로 이루어진 것이고, 이소시아네이트기 함량이 18 내지 23중량%이 폴리이소시아네이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올 대 트리올의 중량비가 6:4 내지 4:6인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디올 대 트리올의 중량비가 1:1인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  5. 제1,3또는 4항에 있어서, 상기 디올이 2,000내지 4,000의 분자량을 갖고, 상기 트리올이 1,500의 분자량을 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 a)3) 성분이 폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐이소시아네이트), 카보디이미드기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트, 알로파네이크기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트, 이소시아누레이트기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트, 비우레트기 함유 폴리이소시아네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 것인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 a)3) 성분이 폴리메틸렌 폴리(페닐이소시아네이트)인 폴리이소시아네이트.
  8. A) 제1항 기재의폴리이소시아네이트, b) 활성 수소기를 함유하는 비교적 고분자량의 화합물 1종 이상, 및 c) 비교적 저분자량의 사슬 연장제 1종 이상으로 이루어진 반응 혼합물을 RIM 법에 의해 약 70 내지 약130의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 원 샷 시스템(one-shot system)으로 처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품의 제조 방법.
