Claims (10)

  1. 2-4의 평균 명목 기능도(nominal functionality) 및 약 500-5000의 평균 당량을 갖는 이소시아네이트 반응성 중합체를, 적어도 2중량%의 2,4-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 함유하며, 2-2,3의 범위의 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도를 갖는 화학 양론적 과량의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물을 반응시키는 것에 의하여 획득 가능한 것으로서, 2보다 큰 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도 및 2-12중량%의 NCO함량을 갖는 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물.
  2. (i)옥시에틸렌 잔기들을 포함하는 적어도 하나 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 구성되며, 2-6의 평균 명목 기능도, 약 500-5000의 평균 하이드록시 당량 및 전체의 옥시알킬렌 잔기들의 중량 기준으로 10-25%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량을 갖는 폴리올성분과, (ii)디이소시아네이트 성분들의 중량 기준으로 적어도 2중량%의 2,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트를 포함하며, 2-2.3의 범위의 평균 이소시아네이트기능도를 갖는 폴리올 성분에 대하여 화학 양론적으로 과량의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물을 반응시키는 것에 의하여 획득 가능한 것으로서, 2보다 큰 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도 및 2-15중량%의 NCO함량을 갖는 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 폴리우레탄 초기 중합체 조성물.
  3. 이소시아네이트-반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체를 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 함유 조성물과 반응시키는 것에 의하여 획득 가능한 것으로서, 1-초기 중합체 조성물의 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도가 2보다 크며 바람직하게는 2.05-2.4의 범위이고, -초기 중합체 조성물의 -NCO함량이 2-12중량%, 바람직하게는 5-12중량%이며, -이소시아네이트 반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체중의 옥시에틸렌 함량이 전체의 옥시알킬렌 잔기들의 중량 기준으로 5-30%의 범위이고, -이소시아네이트 반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체의 평균 명목 기능도가 2-6이며 -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물중 전체 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 함량이 적어도 60중량%이상이고, -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물 중의 2,4′ 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트아이소머 함량이 적어도 5중량%이상이며, -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물의 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도가 2-2,3′바람직하게는 2.1-2.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물.
  4. 이소시아네이트-반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체를 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 함유 조성물과 반응시키고, 얻어진 생성물을 그 이상의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트조성물과 혼합시키는 것에 의하여 획득 가능한 것으로서, -초기 중합체 조성물의 평균 이소시아네이트기능도가 2보다크며, 바람직하게는 2.05-2.4의 범위이고,-초기 중합체 조성물의 -NCO 함량이 2-12중량%, 바람직하게는 5-12중량%이며, -이소시아네이트 반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체중의 옥시에틸렌 함량이 전체의 옥시알킬렌 잔기들의 중량 기준으로 5-30%의 범위이고,-이소시아네이트반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체의 평균 명목 기능도가 2-6이며, -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물중의 전체 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 함량이 적어도 60중량%이상이고, -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물중의 2,4′디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트아이소머 함량이 적어도 5중량% 이상이며, -디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물의 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도가 2-2.3, 바람직하게는 2.1-2.3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물.
  5. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 반응성 폴리옥시알킬렌 중합체가, 전체의 옥시에틸렌+옥시프로필렌 잔기들의 중량 기준으로 10-25%범위의 옥시에틸렌 함량을 갖으며 적어도 40%, 바람직하게는 50-90%의 일차 하이드록시 말단기의 비율을 갖는 폴리(옥시에틸렌/옥시프로필렌)폴리올인 것을 특징으로 하는, 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물.
  6. 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트-함유 조성물이 3이상의 이소시아네이트 기능도를 갖는 35-65중량%의 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 액상 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물.
  7. 제1,2,3 또는 4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물의 중량 기준으로 5-50%의 분산된 부가 또는 축합 중합체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 중합체 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-함유 초기 중합체 조성물의 100중량부에 대하여 5-100중량부의 분산된 고상(solid)난연제를 더욱 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 초기 중합체 조성물.
  9. 제1,2,3,4,7 또는 8항에 따른 초기 중합체 조성물을 물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 폴리우레탄 발포체(foam)의 제조방법.
  10. 제1,2,3,4,7 또는 8항에 따른 초기 중합체 조성물을 적어도 95중량%의 물로 이루어지는 이소시아네이트-반응성 화학종(species)인 이소시아네이트반응성 성분과 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는, 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조 방법.
