Abstract

2,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 25∼70중량%를 함유하는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와, 옥시에틸렌 함량 50∼90중량%를 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올과의 반응 생성물로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물, 이 조성물은 가요성 포움의 제조에 유용하다.

Claims (9)

  1. 2,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 25∼70중량%를 함유한 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트와, 옥시에틸렌 함량 50∼90중량%, 수평균 히드록실 당량700∼2000 및 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가 2∼6을 갖는 폴리옥시에틸렌 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리올과의 반응 생성물(유리-NCO 함량 2∼31중량%)로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 2,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 25∼35중량%이고, 옥시에틸렌 함량이 60∼90중량%이고, 평균 히드록실 당량이 700∼2000이고, 유리 NCO 함량이 26.5∼31.0 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 불규칙하게 분포된 옥시에틸렌 성분을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 당량이 1000∼1800인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 유리 NCO 함량이 26.5∼28.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 2,4′-디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 25∼35중량%이고, 옥시에틸렌 함량이 60∼90중량%이고, 폴리올이 불규칙하게 분포된 옥시에틸렌 성분을 함유하며, 유리 NCO 함량이 26.5∼28.0중량%이고, 당량이 1000∼1800인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 상기 반응 생성물 90∼50중량%와, 2.1 이상의 관능가 및 27.0∼33.0중량%의 유리 NCO 함량을 갖는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트 10∼50중량%로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  8. 별도의 용기에 들어 있는 (a)제1항에 따른 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 및 (b)2개 이상의 이소시아네이트 반응성 기를 갖는 수평균 당량이 700∼3000인 폴리머로 이루어진 반응계.
  9. 제8항에 따른 성분(a) 및 (b)를 포움 형성 조건하에서 반응시킴으로써 포춤을 제조하는 방법.
