Claims (10)

  1. (A) 30-45wt%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트; (B) 분자내에 두개 이상의 유리 이소시아네이트 그룹을 가지고 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네아트 28-67wt% (C) 분자량이 1000미만이고 최소한 두개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하는 화합물과 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트의 초기중합체 3-27wt%로 구성되며 wt%은 조성물내에 있는 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 총량에 기초하여 계산된 것이고 조성물의 수 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도가 최소한 2.3인; 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 기능도가 최소한 2.4인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트-반응성 화합물의 분자량이 많아야 500인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 부터 제3항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (B) 의 양이 33-66wt%인 조성물.
  5. 제1항 부터 제4항까지중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (C)의 양이 4-23wt%인 조성물.
  6. 25-45wt%의 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트로 구성되고 수 평균 이소시아네이트 기능도가 최소한 2.5인 폴리에틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물; 을 반응이 끝난후에 반응하지 않는 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹이 남아있지 않도록 하는 상대량으로 최소한 2개의 이소시아네이트-반응성 그룹을 함유하여 분자량이 1000미만인 화합물을 디페닐에탄 디이소시아네이트와 반응시켜 얻은 초기중합체 조성물과 결합시키는데 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물이 제1항에서 가르킨것과 같은 상대량의 (A),(B) 및 (C)로 구성되고 기능도가 최소한 2.3이 되도록 하는 상대량으로 결합시키는 것을 특징으로하는 제1항의 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  7. a) 제1항부터 제5항까지중 어느 한 항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물; 과 b) 하이드록실 수가 250-650인 분지된 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올로 이루어진 ; 폼-제조 시스템.
  8. 폼을 만드는 조건하에서 제1항부터 제5항까지중 어느 한 항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 하이드실 수가 250-650인 분지된 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 경질 폴리우레탄 폼의 제조방법.
  9. 폼을 만드는 조건하에서 제1항부터 제2항까지중 어느 한 항의 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물을 하이드록실 수가 250-650인 분지된 폴리에테르 및/또는 폴리에스테르 폴리올과 반응시키는 것으로 이루어진 경질 폴리이소시아누레이트 폼의 제조방법.
  10. 제7항과 같은 품-제조 시스템으로 제조된 경질 폴리우레탄 및 폴리이소사아누레이트 폼.
