Claims (7)

  1. 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트로 이루어진 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물과 이소시아네이트 반응성 수소 원자를 2개 이상 함유하는 이소시아네이트 반응성 화합물 1종 이상으로 이루어진 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물을 발포제 존재하에 대기압보다 0.001내지 0.5bar이상 높은 압력의 밀폐 금형에서 반응시켜 발포시키는것을 특징으로 하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 압력이 대기압보다 0.01∼0.2bar이상 높은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 2내지 6의 평균 공칭 관능가 및 750내지 5000의 수평균 당량을 갖는 이소시아네이트 반응성 중합체를 2내지 2.3범위의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 화학양론적 과량과 반응시켜서 얻는 2이상의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가 및 2내지 15중량%의 NCO함량을 갖는 액상 이소시아네이트 함유 프리폴리머 조성물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방범.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물이 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하고, 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성물이 40중량% 이상이 물이며, 물은 단지 발포제로서만 사용되고 반응이 40∼80의 이소시아네이트지수에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 방법이 0.1~40중량%의 과잉 충전량에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 방법이 1∼25중량%의 과잉 충전량에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 2내지 6의 평균 공칭 관능가 및 750내지 5000의 수평균 당량을 갖는 이소시아네이트 반응성 중합체를 2내지 2.3범위의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물 화학양론적 과량과 반응시켜서 얻은 2이상의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가 및 2내지 15중량%의 NCO함량을 갖는 액상 이소시아네이트 함유 프리폴리머 조성물로 이루어지고, 폴리이소시아네이트 조성물이 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐렌 폴리이소시아네이트를 주성분으로 하며, 이소시아네이트반응성조성물의 40중량%이상이 물이고, 물은 단지 발포제로서만 사용되며, 반응은 40-80의 이소시아네이트 지수에서 수행되고, 방법이 1∼25중량%의 과잉 충전량에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
