Abstract
本发明公开了一种软质PU泡沫塑料及其制备方法,软质PU泡沫塑料以重量组分计包括:PU80-100份,三羟基聚醚70-80份,异氰酸酯20-30份,乳化硅油1-3份,叔胺0.2-0.6份,甲苯二异氰酸酯15-30份,泡沫稳定剂1-5份,发泡剂TCEP3-8份,水3-8份;制备方法为将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为25-40℃;本发明提供的软质PU泡沫塑料经测定其性能达到了很好的水平,适合推广。

技术领域
本发明属于发泡材料技术领域,具体涉及一种软质PU泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料是指具有一定弹性的一类柔软性聚氨酯泡沫塑料,它是用量最大的一种聚氨酯产品。聚氨酯软泡的泡孔结构多为开孔的。一般具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温等性能,主要用作家具垫材、交通工具座椅垫材、各种软性衬垫层压复合材料,工业和民用上也把软泡用作过滤材料、隔音材料、防震材料、装饰材料、包装材料及隔热保温材料等。目前市售的软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料已经不能满足实际使用的要求,因此需要开发新的性能优越的软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于为了克服以上现有技术的不足而提供一种软质PU泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术手段实现的:
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU80-100份,三羟基聚醚70-80份,异氰酸酯20-30份,乳化硅油1-3份,叔胺0.2-0.6份,甲苯二异氰酸酯15-30份,泡沫稳定剂1-5份,发泡剂TCEP3-8份,水3-8份。
所述的软质PU泡沫塑料,可以优选为以重量组分计包括:PU86-95份,三羟基聚醚73-78份,异氰酸酯25-28份,乳化硅油2-3份,叔胺0.3-0.5份,甲苯二异氰酸酯18-22份,泡沫稳定剂2-4份,发泡剂TCEP4-6份,水4-6份。
一种以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料的制备方法,按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为25-40℃。
本发明提供的软质PU泡沫塑料经测定伸长率达到了128%以上,拉伸强度达到了0.12MPa左右,泡沫密度为0.018g/cm3左右,落球回弹率达到了65%以上,压缩变形率达到了6.8%以上。
具体实施方式:
实施例1
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU80份,三羟基聚醚70份,异氰酸酯20份,乳化硅油1份,叔胺0.2份,甲苯二异氰酸酯15份,泡沫稳定剂1份,发泡剂TCEP3份,水3份。
以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为25℃。
实施例2
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU86份,三羟基聚醚73份,异氰酸酯25份,乳化硅油2份,叔胺0.3份,甲苯二异氰酸酯18份,泡沫稳定剂2份,发泡剂TCEP4份,水4份。
以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为28℃。
实施例3
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU89份,三羟基聚醚75份,异氰酸酯26份,乳化硅油3份,叔胺0.4份,甲苯二异氰酸酯20份,泡沫稳定剂3份,发泡剂TCEP5份,水5份。
以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为35℃。
实施例4
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU95份,三羟基聚醚78份,异氰酸酯28份,乳化硅油3份,叔胺0.5份,甲苯二异氰酸酯22份,泡沫稳定剂4份,发泡剂TCEP6份,水6份。
以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为38℃。
实施例5
一种软质PU泡沫塑料,以重量组分计包括:PU100份,三羟基聚醚80份,异氰酸酯30份,乳化硅油3份,叔胺0.6份,甲苯二异氰酸酯30份,泡沫稳定剂5份,发泡剂TCEP8份,水8份。
以上所述的软质PU泡沫塑料按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为40℃。
对以上实施例制备得到的软质PU泡沫塑料进行性能测试,结果见下表:
从以上试验数据可以得出,本发明提供的软质PU泡沫塑料伸长率达到了128%以上,拉伸强度达到了0.12MPa左右,泡沫密度为0.018g/cm3左右,落球回弹率达到了65%以上,压缩变形率达到了6.8%以上。

1. 一种软质PU泡沫塑料,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PU 80-100份,三羟基聚醚70-80份,异氰酸酯20-30份,乳化硅油1-3份,叔胺0.2-0.6份,甲苯二异氰酸酯15-30份,泡沫稳定剂1-5份,发泡剂TCEP3-8份,水3-8份。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的软质PU泡沫塑料,其特征在于,以重量组分计包括:PU 86-95份,三羟基聚醚73-78份,异氰酸酯25-28份,乳化硅油2-3份,叔胺0.3-0.5份,甲苯二异氰酸酯18-22份,泡沫稳定剂2-4份,发泡剂TCEP 4-6份,水4-6份。
3. 一种权利要求1或2所述的软质PU泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,按照以下步骤进行制备:
(1)按照重量份称取各组分;
(2)将PU、三羟基聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯、异氰酸酯和乳化硅油于混合机中进行搅拌混合,混合后加入叔胺、泡沫稳定剂、发泡剂TCEP以及水通过发泡机进行发泡,发泡温度为25-40℃。
