Abstract

本发明公开了一种聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料及其制备方法,是以至少一种聚酯多元醇为原料与异氰酸酯组分以及催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂作用下混合发泡聚合生成聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并经过网状化处理制得的开孔率在99%以上的网化泡沫。本发明利用了聚酯海绵耐油、耐水、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、拉伸性强等特殊性能,更重要的是泡孔均匀、光泽好等特点,对其进行网状化处理,所得到开孔均匀,泡孔网络光滑的网状泡沫。利用该网状泡沫烧制的耐高温多孔的网化陶瓷,可作为冶金行业的过滤材料,其耐用性和经济性,更具有其它产品无可比拟的优势。

Description

聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
背景技术
聚醚海绵是通过聚醚与异氰酸酯在各类助剂作用下聚合发泡而成。基于聚醚的极性,在几乎所有润滑状态下能形成非常稳定的具有大吸附力和承载能力的润滑剂膜,具有较低的摩擦系数与较强的抗剪切能力。而其最大的特点是可以轻易分裂。而聚酯海绵除具有聚醚海绵的性能之外,还具有耐油、耐水、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、拉伸性强等特殊性能,而且产品泡孔均匀、光泽好,与织物复合粘结率强等特点。因此,聚酯海绵被广泛应用于更加高级车辆内饰,空调器过滤网、火车油枕、飞机油箱填充物等领域。
网状聚氨酯泡沫塑料是一种具有特殊功能的高开孔率软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料,具有较高的开孔率;其柔软性、透气性、吸音性、机械强度等都比普通聚氨酯泡沫好,过滤及加工性能好。由于其密度低且具有开孔的泡沫结构,壁壳呈立体骨架结构,因而在过滤材料、充填材料等方面得到了广泛的应用。
网状泡沫作为过滤材料,其优点是泡沫内空隙大,对介质阻力小,同时易于洗涤干净,从而泡沫体可反复使用,适用于多种空气净化设备中;作为油箱充填介质,在战车、网状泡沫用途非常广泛可燃性流体贮罐方面也得到了广泛使用;网化泡沫还可用于隔音材料,物质载体等方面。
另外,还可以作为陶瓷的成型骨架,用途十分广泛。利用网状泡沫烧制的耐高温多孔的网化陶瓷,可作为冶金行业的过滤材料,其耐用性和经济性,更具有其它产品无可比拟的优势;目前,国内外有不少企业都在开发开孔海绵,但开孔率还不能完全超过99%,对产品的性能的发挥有一定影响,要达到较好的效果,需要更多的开孔海绵成了目前解决的办法。同时,由于聚醚海绵的一些缺陷也不能在陶瓷成型骨架中使用,只有选择泡孔均匀、韧性更强的聚酯海绵。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种泡孔均匀、泡孔网络光滑的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料及其制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,其特征是:是以至少一种聚酯多元醇为原料与异氰酸酯组分以及催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂作用下混合发泡聚合生成聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并经过网状化处理制得的开孔率在99%以上的网化泡沫。
一种聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:以至少一种聚酯多元醇为原料与异氰酸酯组分以及催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂作用下混合发泡聚合生成聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并经过网状化处理。
所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将聚酯多元醇、催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂与异氰酸酯组分通过计量泵按固定比例输送到发泡机头,经过高速搅拌后,均匀布料在连续发泡生产线的牛皮纸上;(2)在连续发泡生产线传送的过程中熟化,固化成型得到聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,然后在线切断成指定的尺寸;(3)将切断熟化好的聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料进行网状化处理。
所述的聚酯多元醇为苯酐聚酯多元醇,其中平均官能度在2-3、羟值在10-200mgKOH/g,优选官能度2.0-2.5、羟值在50-150mgKOH/g之间;所述的异氰酸酯组分为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或多苯基多异氰酸酯中的一种或多种;聚酯多元醇与异氰酸酯组分的质量比为100:40-60。
催化剂为胺类和/或金属盐类催化剂;发泡剂分别物理和/或化学发泡剂。
所述的胺类和/或金属盐类催化剂中胺类催化剂为叔胺类催化剂,是五甲基二乙烯三胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、双二甲胺基乙基醚中的至少一种;所述金属盐类催化剂为异辛酸钾、甲酸季铵盐、醋酸钾、二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡和油酸钾的至少一种。
所述的物理发泡剂为水;所述的化学发泡剂为1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(HCFC-141B)、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC-245fa)和1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(HFC-365)中的至少一种。
所述的网状化处理方法为碱液浸泡法、爆炸法、蒸汽水解法或热空气法。
爆炸法是利用具有多种爆炸性气体混合达到所需的爆炸极限后引爆,利用瞬间的爆炸能量及高温火焰冲破膜壁,促使聚氨酯泡沫塑料泡孔膜壁熔化附在泡沫经络上,从而达到网化目的。具体方法是将切断熟化好的聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料放入爆破箱中,根据外界温度,充入相应比例所需气体达气体爆炸平衡点后引爆,得到开孔海绵网状泡沫。所述气体为乙炔、氧气或氮气。
本发明利用了聚酯海绵耐油、耐水、耐磨、耐腐蚀、耐高温、拉伸性强等特殊性能,更重要的是泡孔均匀、光泽好等特点,对其进行网状化处理,所得到开孔均匀,泡孔网络光滑的网状泡沫。利用该网状泡沫烧制的耐高温多孔的网化陶瓷,可作为冶金行业的过滤材料,其耐用性和经济性,更具有其它产品无可比拟的优势。

通过以下实施例进一步说明本发明,但本发明不限于以下实施例,除非另有说明,否则,所有以“份数”和“百分比”给出的量都应该理解为是以重量计的。以下材料用于生产实施例的聚氨酯泡沫材料:

所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将聚酯多元醇、催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂与异氰酸酯组分;将下表2中所列的各组分通过计量泵按表2中的重量比例输送到发泡机头,经过高速搅拌后,均匀布料在连续发泡生产线的牛皮纸上,生产2.4米长的半成品泡沫材料。使用本领域普通技术人员已知的生产线混合发泡步骤制备这些泡沫材料,在泡沫固化成型后,检测泡沫性能。

在实施例中,以用一种或两种聚酯多元醇为主要原料。如需调节发泡速度,可调节催化剂用量;如需调节泡沫密度,可调节水和物理发泡剂的用量。
将表观密度、25%压陷硬度、拉伸强度,伸长率和50%压缩永久变形/%这些关键的泡沫性能汇总并对比,有的好一些,有的差一些。但是通过各组合料的配比的调整可以达到的最为合适的原料配比,性能达标,成本最优化。

将熟化好的聚氨酯软质海绵泡沫切断放入爆破箱中,根据外界温度,充入相应比例所需气体,如乙炔、氧气、氮气等,达气体爆炸平衡点后引爆,得到开孔海绵网状泡沫。爆破后的泡沫性能见下表4。

网化泡沫和普通聚氨酯泡沫一样,根据原料不同,调节配方,可获得不同性能的泡沫。网化处理前后泡沫的物性见表4。和网化处理前的泡沫相比,网化泡沫的拉伸强度及伸长率增加,而压陷硬度与密度均稍有降低。

1.一种聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,其特征是:是以至少一种聚酯多元醇为原料与异氰酸酯组分以及催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂作用下混合发泡聚合生成聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并经过网状化处理制得的开孔率在99%以上的网化泡沫。
2.一种权利要求1所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:以至少一种聚酯多元醇为原料与异氰酸酯组分以及催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂作用下混合发泡聚合生成聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,并经过网状化处理。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:包括以下步骤:(1)将聚酯多元醇、催化剂、发泡剂、泡沫稳定剂与异氰酸酯组分通过计量泵按固定比例输送到发泡机头,经过高速搅拌后,均匀布料在连续发泡生产线的牛皮纸上;(2)在连续发泡生产线传送的过程中熟化,固化成型得到聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料,然后在线切断成指定的尺寸;(3)将切断熟化好的聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料进行网状化处理。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的聚酯多元醇为苯酐聚酯多元醇,其中平均官能度在2-3、羟值在10-200mgKOH/g,优选官能度2.0-2.5、羟值在50-150mgKOH/g之间;所述的异氰酸酯组分为甲苯二异氰酸酯、二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯或多苯基多异氰酸酯中的一种或多种;聚酯多元醇与异氰酸酯组分的质量比为100:40-60。
5.根据权利要求2或3所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:催化剂为胺类和/或金属盐类催化剂;发泡剂分别物理和/或化学发泡剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的胺类和/或金属盐类催化剂中胺类催化剂为叔胺类催化剂,是五甲基二乙烯三胺、N,N-二甲基环己胺、三乙烯二胺、三乙胺、双二甲胺基乙基醚中的至少一种;所述金属盐类催化剂为异辛酸钾、甲酸季铵盐、醋酸钾、二月桂酸二丁基锡、辛酸亚锡和油酸钾的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求5所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的物理发泡剂为水;所述的化学发泡剂为1,1-二氯-1-氟乙烷(HCFC-141B)、1,1,1,3,3-五氟丙烷(HFC-245fa)和1,1,1,3,3-五氟丁烷(HFC-365)中的至少一种。
8.根据权利要求2或3所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:所述的网状化处理方法为碱液浸泡法、爆炸法、蒸汽水解法或热空气法。
9.根据权利要求8所述的聚酯型网状聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征是:所述爆炸法是将切断熟化好的聚氨酯软质泡沫塑料放入爆破箱中,根据外界温度,充入相应比例所需气体达气体爆炸平衡点后引爆,得到开孔海绵网状泡沫。
