Abstract
본 발명은 폴리이소시아네이트, 발포제인 물 및 에틸렌-옥사이드(EO) 함량이 적은 폴리올, EO 함량이 많은 폴리올 및 아민 사슬 연장제/가교제로 이루어진 이소시아네이트 반응성 조성무로부터 가요성 발표체를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (9)
- 폴리이소시아네이트 성분, 폴리올 조성물 및 발포제인 물로 이루어진 반응 혼합물로부터 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트 성분이 2 내지 2.4의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물로 이루어지며, 폴리올 조성물이 (1) 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 포리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 3이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가, 1500 이상의 평균 히드록실당량, 10 내지 20중량%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량 및 50% 이상의 평균 1차 히드록실기 함량을 갖는 제1폴리올 성분, (2)옥시에틸엔 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 2 이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가, 1000 이상의 평균 히드록실 당량 및 50 내지 85중량%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량을 갖는 제2폴리올 성분, 및 (3)2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응기를 가지며, 그 중 1개 이상이 1급 또는 2급 아미노기이고, 분자량이 500 미만이 1종 이상의 화합물로 이루어진 사슬 연장제 및(또는) 가교제로 이루어지며, 상기 조성물은 (1) 성분 100 중량부 당 (2) 및 (3) 성분을 합쳐서 4 내지 20중령부의 양으로 함유하고, (3) 성분에 대한 (2) 성분의 중량비가 1:1 내지 20:1인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖고, 제2폴리올 성분이2 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물에 존재하는 각 폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 것인 방법.
- (A) 2 내지 2.4의 평균 이소시아네이트 관능가를 갖는 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 조성물, (B) (1) 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 3 이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가, 1500 이상의 평균 히드록실 당량, 10 내지 20중량%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량 및 50% 이상의 평균 1차 히드록실기 함량을 갖는 제1폴리올 성분, 92) 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 2 이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실기 관능가, 1000 이상의 평균 히드록실 당량 및 50 내지 85중량%의 평균 옥시에틸렌함량을 갖는 제2폴리올 성분, 및 (3) 2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응기를 가지며, 즈 중 1개 이상이 1급 또는 2급 아미노기이고, 분자량이 500 미만인 1종 이상의 화합물로 이루어진 사슬 연장제 및 (또는) 가교제로 이루어지며, 상기 조성물은 (1) 성분 100 중량부 당 (2) 및 (3) 성분을 합쳐서 4 내지 20중량부의 양으로 함유되고, (3)성분에 대한 (2) 성분의 중량비는 1:1 내지 20:1인 폴리올 조성물, (C) 발포제인 물, 및, 임의로 (D) 발포배합물에 통상적으로 사용되는 1종 이상의 첨가제로 이루어지는 반응계.
- 제4항에 있어서, 제1폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖고, 제2폴리올 성분이 2 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 반응계.
- 제4항 또는 5항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물에 존재하는 각 폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 반응계.
- (1) 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 3이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가, 1500 이상의 평균 히드록실 당량, 10 내지 20중량%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량 및 50% 이상의 평균 1차 히드록실기 함량을 갖는 제1폴리올 성분, (2) 옥시에틸렌 잔기를 함유한 1종 이상의 포리옥시알킬렌 폴리올로 이루어지고, 2 이상의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가, 1000 이상의 평균 히드록실 당량 및 50 내지 85중랴%의 평균 옥시에틸렌 함량을 갖는 제2폴리올 성부, 및 (3)2개 이상의 이소시아네이트-반응기를 가지며, 그 중 1개 이상이 1급 또는 2급 아미노기이고, 분자량이 500 미만인 1종 이상의 화합물로 이루어진 사슬 연장제 및(또는) 가교제로 이루어지며, 상기 (1) 성분 100 중량부 당 (2) 및 (3) 성분은 합쳐서 4 내지 20중량부의 양으로 함유되고, (3)성분에 대한 (2) 성분의 중량비는 1:1 내지 20:1인 폴리올 조성물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 제1폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능기를 갖고, 제2폴리올 성분이 2 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 폴리올 조성물.
- 제7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 폴리올 조성물에 존재하는 각 폴리올 성분이 3 내지 4의 평균 공칭 히드록실 관능가를 갖는 폴리올 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
