Abstract

본 발명은 비실리콘 폴리에테르 계면활성제를 포함하는 제형으로부터 제조할 수 있는 폴리우레탄, 폴리이소시아누레이트 및 폴리우레아 중합체, 특히 발포된 중합체에 관한 것이다. 비실리콘 폴리에테르 계면활성제는 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 탄소수 4 이상의 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르이다. 비실리콘 폴리에테르 계면활성제를 사용함으로써 통상적인 실리콘계 계면활성제를 사용하여 제조한 바와 거의 유사한 특성을 갖는 발포체를 제조할 수 있다.

Claims (20)

  1. 다관능성 활성 수소 함유 화합물(A), 임의의 발포제(B), 임의의 촉매(C) 및 비실리콘 계면활성제(D)[여기서, 계면활성제는 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 탄소수 4이상의 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르이고 옥시프로필렌 단위가 사실상 존재하지 않는다]를 함유하는 활성 수소함유 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 임의의 발포제가 존재하는 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 발포제가 물인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, 기타의 옥시알킬렌 단위에 대한 옥시에틸렌 단위의 중량비가 약 1 : 3 내지 약 3 : 1인 폴리에테르인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, 관능가가 약 1 내지 약 8인 폴리에테르인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, 관능가가 약 1 내지 약 4인 폴리에테르인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, 관능가가 약 2 내지 약 3인 폴리에테르인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가, 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 옥시부틸렌 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 촉매 그룹을 포함하는 개시제에 의해 제조되는 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 활성수소함유 화합물이 기본 폴리올인 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 실리콘 계면활성제를 포함하는 활성 수소 함유 조성물.
  12. 폴리이소시아네이트 및 제1항에 따르는 활성 수소 함유 조성물을 포함하는 제형으로부터 제조한 중합체.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 발포체인 중합체.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 수 발포된 발포체인 중합체.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌 디페닐디이소시아네이트, 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트, 개질된 메틸렌 디페닐 디이소시아네이트, 메틸렌 디페닐디이소시아네이트 초기중합체, 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 폴리이소시아네이트 초기중합체 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 중합체.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 초기 중합체이고 초기중합체가 계면활성제[여기서, 계면활성제는 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 탄소수 4 이상의 약 10내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 단소수 4 이상의 약 10내지 약 90중량%의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 갖는 폴리에테르이며, 옥시프로필렌 단위가 사실상 존재하지 않는다]에 의해 제조되는 중합체.
  17. 폴리이소시아네이트 및 제1항에 따르는 활성 수소 함유 조성물을 포함하는 중합체 제형을 혼합시킴을 포함하는 중합체의 제조방법.
  18. 폴리이소시아네이트(1), 다관능성 활성 수소 함유 화합물(2), 발포제(3)의 임의의 촉매(4) 및 계면활성제(5)를 포함하는 제형으로부터 중합체를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 비실리콘 계면활성제[여기서, 계면활성제는 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 탄소수 4 이상의 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 갖는 풀리에테르이고, 옥시프로필렌 단위가 사실상 존재하지 않는다]를 함유하는 제형을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시에틸렌 단위 및 탄소수 4 이상의 약 10 내지 약 90중량%의 옥시알킬렌 단위를 갖고 옥시프로필렌 단위가 사실상 존재하지 않는 폴리에테르를 아민 또는 하이드록시 반응성 물질로 캡핑(capping)시킴을 포함하는 방법에 의해 제조된 조성물.
  20. 다음 일반식을 갖는 물질의 조성물.
    상기 식에서, I는 개시제의 비알콕시 반응성 부분이고, A 및 A′는 독립적으로 O, N 또는 NH이고, E는 옥시에틸렌 그룹이고, B는 옥시부틸렌 그룹이고, P는 옥시프로필렌 그룹이고, x 및 y는, x : y의 비가 1 : 4 내지 4 : 1로 되도록 하는 값이고, z는, 옥시프로필렌 단위의 총 중량이 옥시에틸렌 단위와 옥시부틸렌 단위를 합한 중량의 10% 미만으로 되도록 하는 값이고, R은 개시제의 관능가에 따라 1 내지 8이고, Q 및 Q′는, 독립적으로 A 또는 A′가 O 또는 NH인 경우에는 1이고 A 또는 A′가 N인 경우에는 2이고, 화합물의 총분자량은 750 내지 11,000이고, C는 캡핑 화합물의 잔기이며, E 및 B는 사실상 블록으로 존재한다.
