Claims (47)

  1. a) 당량이 약 500 내지 약 1500이고 명목상 작용가는 2이상이며 제1하이드록실 함량은 약 50%미만이고 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량은 20%미만이며 임의로 동일 반응계 내에서 폴리올 이내의 단량체의 중합화로 형성된 안정하게 분산된 고체를 함유하는 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리올 혼합물; b) 폴리올 a) 100부당 약 2.0 내지 약 12부의 물; c) 명목상 작용가가 약 2이고 이소시아네이트 지수가 약 60 내지 95로 되게 하는 양으로 존재하는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트; d) 폴리우레탄 발표 촉매; 및 e) (ⅰ) 1분자당 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹이 평균 2개 이상이고 당량은 약 200미만이며 소포 방지에 필요한 양으로 존재하는 교차결합제/증량제 하나 이상; 및 (ⅱ) 임의로 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량이 50중량% 이상인 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 모놀 및/또는 폴리올을 포함하는 발포 가공보조제를 포함하고 실질적으로 클로로플루오로카본 취입제가 존재하지 않는 반응 혼합물을 고도로 안정화된 폴리우레탄 발포 안정화제의 존재하에 및 발포체를 자유롭게 높일 수 있는 조건하에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여, 크러싱(Crushing)이 없는 실질적으로 개방 셀 구조의 저밀도, 가소성의 통상적인 폴리우레탄 슬랩스톡(Slabstock) 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올의 당량이 약 500 내지 1300이고 에틸렌 옥사이드 함량은 15% 미만인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제/증량제가 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 디이소프로판올아민, 에틴렌 글리콜, 글리세린, 트리메틸올프로판, 소르비톨, 에리트리톨, 수크로오즈, 부탄디올, 페닐렌 디아민의 이성체, 펜타에리트리톨, 2,4,6-트리아미노톨루엔, 이소포론 디아민, 디에틸톨릴렌 디아민, 에탄올아민, 히드라진, 간단한 탄수화물, 및 (ⅰ) 다작용성 아민, (ⅱ) 다작용성 알콜, (ⅲ) 아미노알콜 및 (ⅳ) 알콜아민의 저분자량 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제/증량제에 디에탄올아민이 포함되는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 교차결합제/증량제에 글리세린의 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물이 포함되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 교차결합제/증량제가 1분자당 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹이 3개 이상있고 폴리올 100부당 약 0.5 내지 약 10부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 물의 양이 폴리올 100부당 약 4.0 내지 약 10부 범위인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매가 3급아민 촉매와 유기금속 촉매의 혼합물을 포함하고 반응 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.001 내지 5%의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 필수적으로 TDI로 이루어지고 이소시아네이트지수는 약 65 내지 85인 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 물의 양이 폴리올 100부당 약 5.0 내지 약 10부 범위인 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 발포 안정화제가 규소원자를 10개 이상 함유하는 오가노-폴리실록산 공중합체인 방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 오가노-폴리실록산 공중합체가 폴리실록산-폴리옥시알킬렌 공중합체이고 반응 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.001 내지 5.0%범위의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  13. 제2항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르-트리올이고 폴리이소시아네이트의 이소시아네이트 지수는 약 60 내지 90인 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 발포체의 압인하중(ILD)치가 약 35 1b/50irch3미만이고 발포체 밀도가 1.8 1b/ft3인 방법.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 모노올 및/또는 폴리올이 발포체 가공 보조제 속에 포함되고 에틸렌 옥사이드의 함량이 60중량%이상이며 당량이 약 200 내지 5,000이고 폴리올 a)100부당 20부 이하의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드 모노올 및/또는 폴리올의 당량이 약 200 내지 1,000인 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 a), b) 또는 c)중의 하나가 이들속에 분산된 고체 중합체를 함유하는 방법.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 고체 중합체가 물에 분산되는 방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 물이 1종의 발포제를 포함하는 방법.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 알켄산 그래프트와 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드가 폴리올 100부당 약 0.01 내지 약 2.0부의 양으로 사용되는 방법.
  21. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 유연성이 있는 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 발포체 밀도가 약 1.8 1b/ft3미만인 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 발포체 밀도가 약 1.3 1b/ft3미만인 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  24. 클로로플루오로카본 발포제를 거의 함유하지 않고 a) 당량이 약 500 내지 약 1,500이고, 1급 하이드록실 그룹이 50% 미만이고, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 함량이 20%미만이고 공칭 작용기가 적어도 2개이며, 폴리올중의 단량체의 동일 반응기 내 중합체 의해 생성된 안정되게 분산된 고체를 임의로 함유하는 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리올 혼합물; b) 폴리올 100부당 약 2.0 내지 약 12부의 물; c) 약 60 내지 약 95의 이소시아네이트 지수를 갖게하는 양으로 존재하는 대략 2개의 공칭 작용기를 갖는 유기 폴리이소시아네이트; d) 3급아민촉매 및 유기금속 촉매; 및 e) ⅰ) 1분자당 평균적으로 적어도 2개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 갖고 발포체 분열을 방지하기에 충분한 약 200미만의 당량을 갖는 적어도 1종의 가교결합제/증량제 및 ⅱ) 다공성 약 20ft3/min/ft2이상인 폴리우레탄 슬랩재 발포체를 수득하는데 필요한 양의 연속기포제를 포함하는 반응 혼합물을 매우 안정된 폴리우레탄 발포체 안정화제의 존재하에 발포체가 자유로이 부풀수 있는 조건하에서 반응시킴을 포함하여 분쇄되지 않는 거의 연속기포구조인 저밀도의 유연성이 있는 통상적인 폴리우레탄 슬랩재 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 폴리올이 15%미만의 에틸렌 옥사이드를 함유하고 폴리이소시아네이트가 약 60 내지 90의 이소시아네이트 지수로 존재하는 방법.
  26. 제24항에 있어서, 가교결합제/증량제가 디에탄올아민, 트리에탄올아민, 디이소프로판올아민, 에틸렌 글리콜 글리세린, 트리메티올프로판, 소르비톨, 에리트리톨, 슈크로오즈, 부탄디올, 페닐렌 디아민의 이성체, 펜타에리트리톨, 2,4,6-트리아미노톨루엔, 이소포론디아민, 디에틸 톨릴렌 디아민, 에탄올아민, 하이드라진, 심플 카보하이드레이트, (ⅰ) 다작용성 아민, (ⅱ) 다작용성 알콜, (ⅲ) 아미노알콜 및 (ⅳ) 알콜아민의 저분자량 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물 및 이의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  27. 제24항에 있어서, 가교결합/확장제가 글리세린의 디에탄올아민과 에틸렌 옥사이드 부가물을 포함하는 방법.
  28. 제24항에 있어서, 가교결합/확장제가 분자당 적어도 3개의 이소시아네이트 반응성 그룹을 지니고 폴리올 100부당 약 0.5 내지 약 10부의 등량으로 사용하는 방법.
  29. 제24항에 있어서, 폴리올 100부당 물의 양이 약 4.0 내지 약 10부의 양인 방법.
  30. 제24항에 있어서, 촉매가 비스(2,2′-디메틸아미노)에틸에테르와 오가노틴 화합물의 혼합물이고 반응 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 5%의 등량으로 사용하는 방법.
  31. 제24항에 있어서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트가 필수적으로 TDI로 구성된 방법.
  32. 제24항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 형성 안정화제가 적어도 10개의 실리콘 원자를 갖는 오가노-폴리실록산 공중합체인 방법.
  33. 제32항에 있어서, 오가노-폴리실록산 공중합체가 폴리실록산-폴리옥시알킬렌 공중합체이고 반응 혼합물의 중량을 기준으로 0.001 내지 0.5%범위의 양으로 사용하는 방법.
  34. 제24항에 있어서, 상기한 폴리올리 폴리에테르트리올이고 상기한 폴리이소시아네이트가 약 65와 85사이의 이소시아네이트 지수로 존재하는 방법.
  35. 제34항에 있어서, 물의 양이 폴리올 100부당 약 5.0 내지 10부의 범위인 방법.
