Claims (10)

  1. 평균 작용기 수가 2.0 내지 3.0인 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체, 평균 작용기 수가 1.7 내지 2.1이며 비교적 당량이 높은 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물, 및 발포제를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 1∼단계 반응시켜 제조한 유연성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 언급된 비교적 당량이 높은 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물이 500 내지 2500의 평균 당량을 갖는 발포체.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 언급된 비교적 당량이 높은 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물이 1.9내지 2.02의 평균 작용기 수를 갖는 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체를 함유하는 발포체.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 언급된 비교적 당량이 높은 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물이 1.5 내지 1.95의 작용기 수를 갖는 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 중합체와 2.1 내지 3.0의 평균 작용기 수를 갖는 제2폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 중합체와의 혼합물을 함유하는 발포체.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드) 중합체가 프로필렌 옥사이드와 에틸렌 옥사이드와의 블럭 또는 랜덤 공중합체인 발포체.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 혼합물이 가교 결합제, 실리콘 계면활성제, 촉매 및 쇄연장제를 추가로 함유하는 발포체.
  7. 제1항 내지 6항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬라브재(Slab stock) 발포체인 발포체.
  8. 평균작용기 수가 2.0 내지 3.0인 디페닐 메탄디이소시아네트 또는 이의 유도체, 평균작용기 수가 1.7 내지 2.1이며 비교적 당량이 높은 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물, 및 발포제를 함유하는 반응 혼합물을 유연성 기포상 폴리우레탄이 수득되도록 하는 조건하에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 유연성 폴리우레탄 발포체를 제조하는 방법.
  9. (a) 작용기 수가 2.0 내지 3.0인 디페닐메탄디이소시아네이트 또는 이의 유도체, (b) 평균작용기 수가 1.7 내지 2.1이며 평균 당량이 500 내지 2500인 폴리에테르 폴리올 또는 이의 혼합물, (c) 발포체, (d) 3급 아민 촉매, 및 (e) 실리콘 계면 활성제를 함유하는 반응혼합물의 반응 산물인 유연성 폴리우레탄 발포체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 성분(b)가 평균 작용기수 1.5 내지 1.95의 폴리올 35 내지 90중량%, 및 평균작용기수가 2.1 내지 3.0인 폴리올 20 내지 65중량%를 함유하는 혼합물인 발포체.
