Claims (10)

  1. 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체를 효과량의 발초제 존재하에서 반응시키는 성형 또는 고탄성 슬라브재(slabstock)폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체가 평균 공칭작용가 2 내지 6, 당량 1,000 내지 2,000 및 모노올 함량 0.04meq/g 또는 그 미만을 갖는 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체임을 특징으로 하는 성형 또는 고탄성 슬라브재 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체가 말단 하이드록실 그룹을 갖는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체가 프로필렌 옥사이드 및 에틸렌 옥사이드를 다가 개시제에 연속 첨가하므로써 제조한 블록 공중합체인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체가 옥시에틸렌 단위 10 내지 20중량%를 함유하고, 공칭 작용가 2 내지 4 및 당량 1,300 내지 1,800을 갖는 방법.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노올 함량이 0.01 내지 0.039meq/g 인 방법.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노올 함량이 0.01 내지 0.039meq/g 인 방법.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 물을 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체가 말단 일급 또는 이급 아민 그룹을 갖는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 발포제가 물을 포함하는 방법.
  10. 폴리이소시아네이트, 효과량의 발포제 및 평균 공칭작용가 2 내지 6, 당량 1,000 내지 2,000 및 모노올 함량 0.04meq/g 또는 그 미만을 갖는 폴리(프로필렌 옥사이드)중합체를 포함하는 반응 혼합물의 반응 생성물인 연질 성형 또는 고탄성 슬라브재 포움.
