Claims (11)

  1. 하나 이상의 하이드록실 화합물이 하이드록실수 20 내지 120의 폴리올이고; 하나 이상의 하이드록실 화합물이 폴리에테르 일가-알콜이고; 삼합체화 반응 촉매가 우레탄 촉매와의 혼합물로 사용되고; 하기 기포체를 제조하기 위해 사용되는 총 발포제의 50% 이상이 물과 이소시아네이트의 반응으로부터 생성됨을 특징으로 하여, 삼합체화 반응촉매 및 발포제 존재하에 폴리이소시아네이트를 둘 이상의 상이한 하이드록실 화합물을 함유하는 폴리올 조성물과 반응시킴을 포함하는, 연질 폴리우레탄 기포체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올이 폴리에테르 폴리올이고 하나 이상의 알킬렌 옥사이드와 분자당 2 내지 8개의 활성수소-함유 그룹을 함유하는 개시제와의 반응 생성물인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일가-알콕이 하나 이상의 알킬렌 옥사이드와 분자당 하나의 활성수소-함유 그룹을 함유하는 개시제와의 반응 생성물인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 일가-알콜의 당량이 800 내지 3000인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 물이 폴리올 조성물 100중량부당-1 내지 10부의 양으로 존재하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 삼합체화 반응 촉매가 지연-작용 촉매인 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 우레탄 촉매가 하나 이상의 우레탄 발포촉매를 포함하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리에테르 일가-알콜이 폴리올 조성물에 대해 0.1 내지 40중량%의 양으로 존재 하는 방법.
  9. 삼합체화 반응촉매 및 발포제 존재하에 접촉된, 하이드록실 수 20 내지 120의 폴리올 성분 하나 이상 및 폴리에테르 일가-올카로 성분 하나 이상을 함유하는 폴리올 조성물과, 이소시아네이트 그룹 대 물을 포함하는 폴리올 조성물의 활성수소-함유 그룹의 몰비율을, 0.8:1 내지 1.3:1의 범위로 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 존재하는 폴리이소시아네이트와의 반응 생성물인 연질 폴리우레탄 기포체.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 포함하는 연질 폴리우레탄 기포체.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트가 폴리메틸렌 폴리페닐 이소시아네이트를 포함한는 연질 폴리우레탄 기포체.
