Claims (9)
- 하기 (a)-(e)의 반응 생성물을 포함하는 성형용 에너지 흡수 경질 포옴 : (a) 그래프트 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 약 400- 약 800의 분자량을 갖는 톨루엔디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, (c) 약 4-약 8의 알킬렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 에틸렌디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, 트리메틸프로판 및 글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가교제, (d) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (e) 물, 촉매, 계면활성제 및 부가적인 발포제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 부가물이 포옴의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 0-약 50중량%인 포옴.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아민 부가물이 포옴의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 5-약 40중량%인 포옴.
- 하기 (a)-(e)를 반응시키는 것으로 구성되는 성형용 에너지 흡수 경질 포옴의 제조방법 : (a) 그래프트 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 약 400-약 800의 분자량을 갖는 톨루엔디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, (c) 약 4-약 8의 알킬렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 에틸렌 디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, 트리메틸올프로판 및 글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가교제, (d) 방향족 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 및 (e) 물, 촉매, 계면활성제 및 부가적인 발포제.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아민 부가물이 포옴의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 0-약 50중량%인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 아민 부가물이 포옴의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 5-약 40중량%인 방법.
- 하기 (a)-(e)의 반응생성물을 포함하는 성형용 에너지 흡수 경질 포옴 : (a) 그래프트 중합체 분산액을 함유하는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르 폴리올, (b) 약 250-약 800의 분자량을 갖는 슈크로우즈, 소르비톨, α-메틸글루코시드, 에틸렌디아민, 및 펜타에리트리톨로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 화합물의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, (c) 약 4-약 8의 알킬렌 옥사이드 단위를 함유하는 에틸렌 디아민의 알킬렌 옥사이드 부가물, 트리메틸올프로판 및 글리세린으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 가교제, (d) 유기 폴리이소시아네이트 및, (e) 물, 촉매, 계면활성제 및 부가적인 발포제.
- 제7항에 있어서, (b)의 아민 부가물이 포옴의 전체 중량을 기준으로 약 0-약 50중량%인 포옴.
