Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"ESPUMAS HIDROFìLICAS DE POLIéSTER-POLIURETANO, UM PROCESSO PARA SUA PRODUçãO E SEU USO COMO MATERIAIS DE ABSORçãO DE UMIDADE"<D>. Um processo para a produção de espuma hidrofílicas de poliéster-poliuretano é descrito. Esse processo é caracterizado pela reação de: a) pelo menos um poliisocianato, com b) um ou mais poliéster polióis contendo pelo menos dois grupos hidroxila e tendo um peso molecular médio na faixa de 400 a 10.000, c) um ou mais poliéster polióis etoxilados contendo pelo menos dois grupos hidroxila, de preferência tendo uma funcionalidade na faixa de 2 a 6, e tendo um grau de etoxilação de mais do que 30% por peso, e, opcionalmente, d) um ou mais agentes de ligação transversal e/ou extensores de cadeia contendo pelo menos dois átomos ativos de hidrogênio e tendo um peso molecular médio na faixa de 32 a menos do que 400, na presença de e) catalisadores, água e/ou agentes de ventilação, e, opcionalmente, f) substâncias e/ou aditivos auxiliares. O uso dessas espumas hidrofílicas de poliéster-poliuretano como materiais de absorção de umidade no setor doméstico e de higiene, bem como para acabamento do interior de automóveis, também é descrito.
