Abstract

프레온 등으로 대표되는 증발형 발포제를 사용하지 않고서도 기계적 물성이 우수한 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체를 제조하는 것을 목적으로 한다.
유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올, 물 및 일반식(I) 또는 일반식(III)의 방향족 화합물(a)을 이소시아네이트의 삼량체화 촉매 (b)와 포스포릴렌 옥사이드로 이루어진 카보디이미드화 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시킨다.
상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 H 또는 CH3이고, R3및 R4는 각각또는여기서, n은 1 내지 4이다)이고, R5및 R6는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이다.

개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체, 이의 제조방법 및 이를 함유하는 폴리올 조성물

Claims (4)

  1. 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올, 물 및 아래 일반식(I) 또는 일반식(II)의 방향족 화합물(a)을 이소시아네이트의 삼량체화 촉매 (b) 및 아래 일반식(III) 또는 일반식(IV)의 포스포릴렌 옥사이드(c)로 이루어진 카보디이미드화 촉매의 존재하에서 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조방법.
    상기 식에서, R1및 R2는 각각 H 또는 CH3이고, R3및 R4는 각각또는(여기서, n은 1 내지 4이다)이고, R5및 R6는 각각 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이고, R7은 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 알킬, 페닐, 나프틸 또는 벤질기이고, R8, R9, R10, R11, R12및 R13은 각각 H, Cl 또는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(I) 또는 일반식(II)의 방향족 화합물을, 이 화합물과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트, 폴리올 및 물의 합계중량을 기준으로 하여 0.5내지 10.0중량%의 양으로 사용하는 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체의 제조방법.
  3. 폴리올, 물, 제1항에 따른 일반식(I) 또는 일반식(II)의 방향족 화합물, 이소시아네이트의 삼량체화 촉매 및 제1항에 따른 일반식(III)또는 일반식(IV)의 포스포릴렌옥사이드로 이루어진 폴리올 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 제조방법에 의해 제조된 개질된 폴리이소시아누레이트 발포체.
