Abstract

본 발명은 발포제, 기포 안정화제 및 하기 일반식의 피롤리지딘 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 촉매 조성물의 존재하에서, 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와 폴리올을 반응시키는 방법을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포옴 제조 방법에 관한 것이다 :
상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각또는 -NR4R5이고, R3은 수소, C1-C12알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, 또는 C7-C11아릴알킬기이고 : 및 R4및 R5각각은 H, C1-C12알킬기, C5-C10시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, C7-C11아릴알킬기를 나타내고, 단 R1및 R2중 하나 이상은 수소가 아님을 조건으로 한다.

Claims (17)

  1. 폴리 이소시아네이트의 그 자체 또는 활성 수소-함유 화합물의 반응을 촉매화 하는 반응에 있어서, 촉매적 유효량의 하기 일반식 화합물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각또는 -NR4R5이고, R3은 수소, C1-C12알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, 또는 C7-C11아릴알킬기이고 : 및 R4및 R5각각은 H, C1-C12알킬기, C5-C10시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, C7-C11아릴알킬기를 나타내고, 단 R1및 R2중 하나 이상은 수소가 아님을 조건으로 한다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나는 -H이고, 나머지 하나는 -OH인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나는 -H이고, 나머지 하나는 -CH2OH인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나는 -H이고, 나머지 하나는 -NH2인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나는 -H이고, 나머지 하나는 -CH2NH2인 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R1및 R2중 하나는 -H이고, 나머지 하나는 -CH2NR4R5이고, R4및 R5는 각각 H 및 C1-C4알킬기를 나타내는 방법.
  7. 발포제, 기포 안정화제 및 촉매 조성물의 존재하에서 유기 폴리 이소시아네이트와 폴리올의 반응을 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포옴 제조 방법에 있어서, 하기 일반식의 화합물을 주성분으로 하는 촉매 조성물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법 :
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각또는 -NR4R5이고, R3은 수소, C1-C12알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, 또는 C7-C11아릴알킬기이고 : 및 R4및 R5각각은 H, C1-C12알킬기, C5-C10시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, C7-C11아릴알킬기를 나타내고, 단 R1및 R2중 하나 이상은 수소가 아님을 조건으로 한다.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 화합물이 3-또는 4-히드록시메틸피롤리지딘 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 화합물이 3- 또는 4-(N-이소프로필)아미노메틸피롤리지딘 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 화합물이 4-히드록시메틸피롤리지딘인 방법.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 화합물이 4-히드록시피롤리지딘인 방법.
  12. 제7항에 있어서 화합물이 3- 또는 4-아미노메틸피롤리지딘 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
  13. 하기 일반식으로 나타낸 화합물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물 :
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 각각또는 -NR4R5이고, R3은 수소, C1-C12알킬, C5-C6시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, 또는 C7-C11아릴알킬기이고 : 및 R4및 R5각각은 H, C1-C12알킬기, C5-C10시클로알킬, C6-C10아릴, C7-C11아릴알킬기를 나타내고, 단 R1및 R2중 하나 이상은 수소가 아님을 조건으로 한다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 화합물이 3- 또는 4-히드록시메틸피롤리지딘 또는 이의 혼합물인 조성물.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 화합물이 3- 또는 4-(N-이소프로필)아미노메틸피롤리지딘 또는 이의 혼합물인 조성물.
  16. 제14항에 있어서, 화합물이 4-히드록시메틸피롤리지딘인 조성물.
  17. 제14항에 있어서, 혼합물이 4-히드록시피롤리지딘인 조성물
