Abstract

본 발명은 (a) 적어도 하나의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와, (b) N, N′-비스(3-아미노프로필)에틸렌디아민, 트리프로필렌테트라아민 및 테트라프로필렌펜타아민으로 구성된 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 개시제 분자를 하나 이상의 알킬렌 산화물, 바람직하게는 산화 에틸렌 및/또는 산화 1, 2-프로필렌을 사용하여 알콕시화시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 30 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1), 또는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1)의 혼합물, 및 2 내지 8의 작용기성 및 15 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 다른 폴리히드록실 화합물, 및 (c) 바람직하다면 사슬 연장제 및/또는 교차 결합제를, (d) 발포제, 및 바람직하다면, (e) 촉매, 및 (f)첨가제의 존재하에 반응시킴에 의한 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법, 및 이를 위해 사용될 수 있는 신규의 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1)에 관한 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (a) 하나 이상의 유기 폴리이소시아네이트와, (b) 2개 이상의 반응성 수소원자를 함유하는 하나 이상의 비교적 고분자량의 폴리히드록실 화합물, 및 (c) 바람직하다면 저분자량의 사슬 연장제 및/또는 교차 결합제를, (d) 발포제의 존재하에 반응시킴에 의한 폴리우레탄 포움 제조방법으로서, 폴리히드록실 화합물(b)는 N, N′-비스(3-아미노프로필)에틸렌디아민, 트리프로필렌테트라아민 및 테트라프로필렌펜타아민으로 구성된 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 개시제 분자를 하나 이상의 알킬렌 산화물을 사용하여 알콕시화시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 30 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 트리프로필렌테트라아민이 하기식의 화합물로 구성되는 공업용 트리프로필렌테트라아민 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법 : H2N-CH2CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH2-NH2,, N(CH2CH2CH2NH2)3, H2N-CH2CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH2NH2, 및 CH3CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH2-NH-CH2CH2CH3.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 테트라프로필렌펜타아민이 하기식의 화합물로 구성되는 공업용 테트라프로필렌펜타아민 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법 : N(CH2CH2CH2-NH2)3, H2N-(CH2)3-NH-(CH2)3-NH-(CH2)3-NH2,, H2N-(CH2)3-NH-(CH2)3-NH-(CH2)3-NH-(CH2)3-NH2, 및.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬렌 산화물이 산화 에틸렌 또는 산화 1, 2-프로필렌 또는 산화 에틸렌과 산화 프로필렌의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리히드록실 화합물이, (b1) N, N′-비스(3-아미노프로필)에틸렌디아민, 트리프로필렌테트라아민 및 테트라프로필렌펜타아민 또는 이것들의 공업용 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 개시제 분자를 하나 이상의 알킬렌 산화물을 사용하여 알콕시화시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 30 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1), 및 (b2) 상기 (b1)에서 규정한 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올을 제외한 2 내지 8의 작용기성 및 15 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 하나 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물(b2)로 구성되는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 폴리히드록실 화합물이 성분 (b1) 및 (b2)의 전체 중량에 대해, (b1)N, N′-비스(3-아미노프로필)에틸렌디아민, 트리프로필렌테트라아민 및 테트라프로필렌펜타아민 또는 이것들의 공업용 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 개시제 분자를 하나 이상의 알킬렌 산화물을 사용하여 알콕시화시킴으로써 얻어질 수 있는 0.1 내지 50중량%의 30 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올(b1), 및 (b2) 상기 (b1)에서 규정한 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올을 제외한 2 내지 8의 작용기성 및 15 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 99.9 내지 50중량%의 하나 이상의 폴리히드록실 화합물(b2)로 구성되는 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 불포제가 물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 포움이 (e)촉매 및 (f)첨가제의 존재하에 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리우레탄 포움이 첨가제로서 리시놀레산, 히드록시 지방산 및/또는 알킬 라디칼중에 4 내지 20개의 탄소원자를 갖는 프탈산 디알킬의 존재하에 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. N, N′-비스(3-아미노프로필)에틸렌디아민, 트리프로필렌테트라아민, 테트라프로필렌펜타아민 및 이것들의 공업용 혼합물로 구성된 군으로부터의 하나 이상의 개시제 분자상에 하나 이상의 알킬렌 산화물을 중첨가함으로써 얻어질 수 있는 30 내지 500의 히드록실가를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 알킬렌 산화물이 산화 에틸렌 및 산화 1, 2-프로필렌으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리올.
