Abstract

본 발명은 실록산 주쇄 및 폴리에테르 분지쇄를 지니며 평균 분자 질량이 2250인 실리콘 계면 활성제에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 계면 활성제는 폴리우레탄 포옴 조성물에서 분열없이 포옴 생성물을 제조하면서 계면 활성제의 농도 범위에 걸쳐 안정한 포옴을 제공하는 작용을 한다. 또한, 본 발명은 상기 계면 활성제를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포옴 조성물, 상기 활성제를 사용하는 폴리우레탄 포옴 조성물, 상기 활성제를 사용하는 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조 방법 및 상기 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리우레탄 포옴에 관한 것이다.

Claims (1)

  1. 폴리올과 유기 폴리이소시아네이트를 1종 이상의 우레탄 촉매, 발포제 및 실록산-옥사알킬렌 공중합체 기포 안정화제의 존재하에서 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조 방법에 있어서, 상기 기포 안정화제로서 사용되는 실록산-옥시알킬렌 공중합체는 하기의 일반화된 평균식 MDxyM을 지니며; MDxyM 상기 식에서, M은 (CH3)3SiO1/2또는 R(CH3)2SiO1/2를 나타내고; D는 (CH3)2SiO2/2를 나타내며; D´는 (CH3)(R)SiO2/2를 나타내며; x+y는 x/y 비율은 13.5 내지 18이고; 이때, M 및 D´에 관한 상기 식에서, R은 평균 원자 질량 범위가 1500-3000인 -CnH2nO(C2H4O)a(C3H6O)bR˝ 부를 지닌, CnH2n-출발 폴리 에테르에서 유도된 폴리에테르-함유 치환체이고, n은 3 내지 4이고; a는 폴리에테르의 30 내지 55중량%를 차지하는 에틸렌 옥사이드 잔기의 수이고; b는 폴리에테르의 45 내지 70중량%를 차지하는 프로필렌 옥사이드 잔기의 수이며; R˝은 H, 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 또는 -C(O)CH3를 나타내는 폴리우레탄 포옴의 제조방법.
