Claims (10)
- 실리콘 원자수가 2 내지 10이고, A. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트(여기서, 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트는 존재하는 모든 폴리옥시알킬렌 펜던트 5 이상 내지 100중량%에 상응하는 양으로 존재하야한다) 50 내지 100중량% 및 일반식(Ⅱ)의 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트 0 내지 50중량%중에서 선택된 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트 및 B. 일반식(Ⅲ)의 비-하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트로 구성된, 평균몰이 0.5 이상인 폴리옥시알킬렌 펜던트를 치환체로서 함유하는 치환되거나 비치환된 폴리디알킬실옥산 공중합체의 혼합물을 함유하는 폴리우레탄 발포체 계면활성제.-CnH2n-O-(C2H2O)b-(C3H6O)c-(Q)d-H (Ⅰ)-CnH2n-O-(C2H4O)b-(C3H6O)c-H (Ⅱ)-CnH2n-O-(C2H4O)b-(C3H6O)c-X (Ⅲ)상기식에서, n은 2 내지 4이고; b는 0 내지 10이고; C는 0내지 10이고; b+c는 1 내지 10이고; d는 1 내지 3이고; Q는 말단 산소원자에 인접한 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자를 함유하는 옥시알킬렌 그룹이며; 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)에서 n,a,b 및 c는 일반식(Ⅰ)과 동일하거나 상이할수 있고; X는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 또는 아세톡시 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트가 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트 80 내지 100중량%로 구성된 계면활성제.
- 제2항에 있어서, n이 3이고,b가 2 내지 5이며, c가 0 내지 4이고, b+c는 2 내지 6인 계면활성제.
- 제2항에 있어서, c가 0인 계면활성제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 치환된 폴리디알킬실옥산 폴리옥시알킬렌 공중합체가 일반식(Ⅳ)인 계면활성제.PmR3-mSiO(R2SiO)y(RPSiO)zSiR3-mP) (Ⅳ)상기식에서, P는 제1항에서 정의한 펜던트이고; R은 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬그룹이며; m은 0 또는 1이고; y는 0 내지 8이며; z는 0 내지 8이고; m+z는 1이상이며; y+z는 0 내지 8이다.
- 제5항에 있어서, R이 메틸인 계면활성제.
- 제5항에 있어서, y+z가 1 내지 4인 계면활성제.
- 제5항에 있어서, m이 0이고 z가 1 내지 8인 계면활성제.
- 제5항에 있어서, m이 1이고 z가 0인 계면활성제.
- 폴리올, 촉매, 이소시아네이트, 발포제 및 계면활성제의 반응혼합물을 형성시킨 후 이 반응혼합물을 반응시켜 계면활성제로서 실리콘 원자수가 2 내지 10이고, A.일반식(Ⅰ)의 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트(여기서, 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자를 함유하는 하이드록시 말단펜던트는 존재하는 모든 폴리옥시알킬렌 펜던트 5이상 내지 100중량%에 상응하는 양으로 존재하여야한다) 50 내지 100중량% 및 일반식(Ⅱ)의 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트 0 내지 50중량%중에서 선택된 하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트 및 B.일반식(Ⅲ)의 비-하이드록시 말단화된 펜던트로 구성된, 평균몰이 0.5이상인 폴리옥시알킬렌 펜던트를 치환체로서 함유하는 치환되거나 비치환된 폴리디알킬실옥산 공중합체의 혼합물을 사용하여 폴리우레탄 발포체를 형성시킴을 특징으로 하여, 폴리우레탄 발포체의 통기성을 증가시키는 방법.-CnH2n-O-(C2H4O)b-(C3H6O)c-(Q)d-H (Ⅰ)-CnH2n-O-(C2H4O)b-(C3H6O)c-H (Ⅱ)-CnH2n-O-(C2n-O-(C2H4O)b-(C3H6O)d-X (Ⅲ)상기식에서, n은 2 내지 4이고; b는 0 내지 10이며; c는 0 내지 10이고; d는 1 내지 3이며; Q는 말단 산소원자에 인접한 2급 또는 3급 탄소원자를 함유하는 옥시알킬렌 그룹이며; 일반식(Ⅱ) 및 (Ⅲ)에서 n,a,b 및 c는 일반식(Ⅰ)과 동일하거나 상이할수 있고; X는 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알콕시 또는 아세톡시 그룹이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
