Abstract
本发明涉及一种不含氟的防止水聚合物中间体及其制备方法,主要用于纺织品防水整理处理领域。本发明不含任何氟类单体,采用含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物与过量的脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,形成一个单端基具有异氰酸酯基团的有机硅聚合物中间体。再把上述中间体与多羟基化合物反应,形成一种具有类放射状的支化化合物。该化合物以多羟基化合物为中心,硅油为外层,具有优异的疏水性能,在纺织品防水整理领域具有极大的应用意义。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品防水整理处理技术领域,具体的说是涉及一种不含氟的防止水聚合物中间体及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们环保安全意识的增强,环保法规要求亦日趋严格,很多客户要求在纺织品整理上使用不含氟类原料的化学品。在传统的含氟防水整理剂中,氟类原料具有优异防水性能大量使用。但是,氟类单体存在生物安全性危害,氟类单体会部分残留在纺织品上,影响到人们的健康,因此世界范围将在对氟类原料进行限用。因此对无氟防水剂的开发和应用研究越来越多,市场需求潜力巨大。
发明内容
本发明目的提供一种不含氟的防水聚合物中间体及其制备方法,以克服现有技术的不足。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种不含氟的防水聚合物中间体,在合成的任何阶段都不使用含氟原料,具有多个长碳链改性有机硅支化结构;聚合物采用含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物与过量的脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,形成一个单端基具有异氰酸酯基团的有机硅聚合物中间体;有机硅聚合物中间体再与多羟基化合物反应,形成一种具有类放射状的支化化合物。
其制备方法:S1)将含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物1-70份、脂肪族二异氰酸酯1-30份加入反应容器,在持续搅拌和氮气气氛保护下,升温至50-80℃反应2-3小时,得到以-NCO封端的二甲基硅油预聚体;S2)将上述反应体系降温至50-80℃,加入溶剂丁酮降低粘度,加入多羟基化合物1-20份、维持温度70-85℃反应4-6小时,得到所述的不含氟的防水聚合物中间体;上述所用原料的份数均为重量份数。
所述含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物为数均分子量1000-5000的长碳链改性有机硅。
长碳链改性有机硅链段是:
R1基团为碳链数为10~22个的长链烷烃;R2基团为碳链数为2~4个的连续亚甲基链。
R1基团优选碳链数为16;R2基团为碳链数为4个的连续亚甲基链。
n:m=1:100~100:1。优选n:m=1:1。
所述脂肪族二异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI、4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯H12MDI中的至少一种。
所述多羟基化合物为三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、双季戊四醇的至少一种。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不含任何氟类单体,采用含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物与过量的脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,形成一个单端基具有异氰酸酯基团的有机硅聚合物中间体。再把上述中间体与多羟基化合物反应,形成一种具有类放射状的支化化合物。该化合物以多羟基化合物为中心,硅油为外层,具有优异的疏水性能,在纺织品防水整理领域具有极大的应用意义。
具体实施方式
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。
实施例1:
(1)将100份长碳链改性有机硅(数均分子量2000、R1为长链16碳烷烃,R2为碳数=4的连续亚甲基、n:m=1:1),11.2份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应容器,在持续搅拌和氮气气氛保护下,升温至55℃反应3小时,得到以-NCO封端的有机硅预聚体;
(2)将上述反应体系降温至50℃,加入50份溶剂丁酮降低粘度,加入季戊四醇1.7份、维持温度75℃反应4小时,得到所述的不含氟的防水聚合物中间体。
实施例2:
(1)将100份长碳链改性有机硅(数均分子量2000、R1为长链18碳烷烃,R2为碳数=2的连续亚甲基、n:m=1:1.5),8.5份六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI加入反应容器,在持续搅拌和氮气气氛保护下,升温至75℃反应3小时,得到以-NCO封端的有机硅预聚体;
(2)将上述反应体系降温至60℃,加入50份溶剂丁酮降低粘度,加入季戊四醇1.7份、维持温度75℃反应4小时,得到所述的不含氟的防水聚合物中间体。
实施例3:
(1)将100份长碳链改性有机硅(数均分子量2000、R1为长链16碳烷烃,R2为碳数=4的连续亚甲基、n:m=1:1),11.2份异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯加入反应容器,在持续搅拌和氮气气氛保护下,升温至55℃反应3小时,得到以-NCO封端的有机硅预聚体;
(2)将上述反应体系降温至50℃,加入50份溶剂丁酮降低粘度,加入双季戊四醇2.2份、维持温度85℃反应4小时,得到所述的不含氟的防水聚合物中间体。
本发明不含氟类原料,生物安全性得到提高。本发明通过支化结构引入长碳链改性有机硅链段,起到很好的防水作用。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由权利要求及其等同替换所限定,在未经创造性劳动所作的改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种不含氟的防水聚合物中间体,其特征在于:聚合物采用含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物与过量的脂肪族异氰酸酯反应,形成一个单端基具有异氰酸酯基团的有机硅聚合物中间体;有机硅聚合物中间体再与多羟基化合物反应,形成一种具有类放射状的支化化合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述不含氟的防水聚合物中间体的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1)将含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物1-70份、脂肪族二异氰酸酯1-30份加入反应容器,在持续搅拌和氮气气氛保护下,升温至50-80℃反应2-3小时,得到以-NCO封端的二甲基硅油预聚体;
S2)将上述反应体系降温至50-80℃,加入溶剂丁酮降低粘度,加入多羟基化合物1-20份、维持温度70-85℃反应4-6小时,得到所述的不含氟的防水聚合物中间体;
上述所用原料的份数均为重量份数。
3.根据权利要求2所述制备方法,其特征在于:所述含单个端羟基的有机硅聚合物为数均分子量1000-5000的长碳链改性有机硅。
4.根据权利要求2所述制备方法,其特征在于:长碳链改性有机硅链段是:
R1基团为碳链数为10~22个的长链烷烃;R2基团为碳链数为2~4个的连续亚甲基链。
5.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于:R1基团优选碳链数为16;R2基团为碳链数为4个的连续亚甲基链。
6.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于:n:m=1:100~100:1。
7.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于:n:m=1:1。
8.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于:所述脂肪族二异氰酸酯为异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯IPDI、六亚甲基二异氰酸酯HDI、4,4’-二环己基甲烷二异氰酸酯H12MDI中的至少一种。
9.根据权利要求4所述制备方法,其特征在于:所述多羟基化合物为三羟甲基丙烷、季戊四醇、双季戊四醇的至少一种。
