Claims (4)
- (1) 폴리에테르 폴리올 및 중합체 폴리올로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 폴리올(여기서, 폴리올은 평균 관능가가 2 내지 6이며, 하이드록실 그룹의 20% 미만이 1급 하이드록실 그룹이다), (2) 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트를 함유하는 이소시아네이트 조성물, (3) 폴리우레탄 형성 반응용 촉매 및 (4) 발포제를 함유하는 발포체 제제를 반응 및 발포시킴을 포함하는 가요성 폴리우레탄 발포체의 제조방법에 있어서, 상기 발포체 제제가 (a) 다음 일반식(R1)3SiO(Si(CH3)(R1)O)x(Si(CH3)(R2)O)ySi(R|1)3〔상기 식에서, (ⅰ) x 및 y는 x+y=2 내지 10 및=0.1 내지 0.5를 만족시키고, (ⅱ) R1그룹은 독립적으로 C1내지 C10하이드로카빌 그룹중에서 선택되며, (ⅲ) R2그룹은 독립적으로 다음 일반식(여기에서, R3은 2가 하이드로카빌 그룹이고; R4는 -OH, -NH2, -Cl, -Br 및 -CH2OH로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 극성 잔기이며 R5그룹은 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1내지 C10알킬 또는 알콕시 그룹중에서 선택된다)을 갖는 그룹 중에서 선택된다〕의 저분자량 실리콘 계면활성제 5 내지 20 중량%와 (b) 다음 일반식(R1)3SiO(Si(CH3)(R1)O)p(Si(CH3)(R6)O)qSi(R|1)3〔상기식에서, (ⅰ) p는 40 내지 150이고, (ⅱ) q는 3 내지 15이며, (ⅲ) R6은 한말단에서 알콕시로 캠핑되고 2가 하이드로카빌 그룹에 의해 실리콘과 결합된 분자량 1,500 내지 5,000의 에틸렌 옥사이드/프로필렌 옥사이드 공중합체이다〕의 고분자량 실리콘 계면활성제(여기서, 고분자량 실리콘 계면활성제의 분자량 범위는 10,000 내지 50,000 이다)95 내지 80중량%의 혼합물을 함유하는 실리콘 계면활성제 조성물을 추가로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저분자량 계면활성제 중의 R1이 메틸이고 x+y가 6 내지 10인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 저분자량 계면활성제 중의 R4가 -OH 또는 -CH2OH인 방법.
