Claims (20)
- 다음 일반식의 폴리실록산-폴리옥시알킬렌 조성물 :상기식에서, R은 C1-C3알킬기를 나타내고 R0,R′,R″ 및 R″은 이작용성 결합을 통해 규소원자에 붙어있는 일가 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르를 저마다 나타내고 : R′의 폴리옥실알킬렌은 옥시에틸렌 20%내지 60중량%를 함유하는 약 3,000내지 약 5,500의 평균 분자량을 갖는 폴리(옥시프로필렌-옥시에틸렌)에테르이고 : R″의 폴리옥시알킬렌은 옥시에틸렌 20중량%내지 60중량%를 함유하는 약800내지 약 2,900의 평균분자량을 갖는 폴리(옥시프로필렌-옥시에틸렌)에테르이고 : R0는 R′, R″ 및 R″또는 R″일 수 있고, a 및 e는 저마다 0또는 1이고, b,c 및 d는 b+c+d=y를 만족시키는 수이고, x 및 y는 x+y=25내지 400을 만족시키는 양수이고, x는 y보다크고, 비율(b+c) : d는 0.8내지 1.9이다.
- 제1항에서, 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리에테르는 C1-C4알콕시기로서 끝나거나 또는 저급 지방족 카르복실산의 아실옥시기로서 끝남을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제2항에서, 말단기가 아세톡시임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, R은 메틸임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, x+y는 35내지 400임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항내지, x+y는 40내지 260임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, 이 작용성 결합은 z가 0내지 18인 일반식 -[CH2]z-O-로 표시됨을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제7항에서, z가 0내지 3의 수임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제8항에서, z가 2또는 3임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, x : y의 수치비가 약3 : 1내지 약15 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제1항에서, R″의 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리에테르는 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리에테르의 말단탄소에 붙어있는 히드록실기를 갖는 폴리옥시프로필렌 폴리에테르로 이루어짐을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- (a)분자당 최소한 두 개의 히드록실기를 함유하는 폴리에테르, (b)유기 폴리이소시안에이트, (c)폴리우레탄의 제조를 위한(a)와(b)의 반응을 위한 촉매, (d)발포제 그리고(e)제1항의 조성물로 이루어지는 포움 안정화제를 포함하는 혼합물을 반응시켜서 발포시키는 것으로 구성되는 연질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
- (a)분자당 최소한 두 개의 히드록실기를 함유하는 폴리에테르, (b)유기폴리이소시안에이트, (c)폴리우레탄의 제조를 위한(a)와(b)의 반응을 위한 촉매, (d)발포제, 그리고 제2항의 조성물로 이루어지는 포움안정화제를 포함하는 혼합물을 반응시켜서 발포시키는 것으로 구성되는 연질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
- (a)분자당 최소한 두 개의 히드록실기를 함유하는 폴리에테르, (b)유기 폴리이소시안에이트, (c)폴리우레탄의 제조를 위한(a)와 (b)의 반응을 위한 촉매, (d)발포제 그리고(e)제11항의 조성물로 이루어지는 포움 안정화제를 포함하는 혼합물을 반응시켜서 발포시키는 것으로 구성되는 연질 폴리우레탄 포움의 제조방법.
- 제12항에서, 소량의 난연성첨가제가 반응단계에 앞서 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제13항에서, 소량의 난연성 첨가제가 반응단계에 앞서 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제14항에서, 소량의 난연성 첨가제가 반응단계에 앞서 혼합물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제15항의 방법에 따른 난연성 폴리우레탄 포움 제품.
