Abstract
연성 폴리우레탄 발포체에 보조 팽창제로서 불활성 가스를 사용할 경우 이러한 발포체에 사용되는 실리콘 계면활성제의 조성물은 예상치 못한 요구사항을 만족시켜야 한다는 사실이 밝혀졌다. 첨가된 불활성 가스를 팽창제로서 사용할 경우, 부속 폴리에테르 사슬에 에틸렌 옥사이드를 약 37%를 초과하여 함유하는 전형적인 실리콘 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리에테르 코폴리머 콤-타입 계면활성제는 셀 크기를 크게 만든다.

Claims (23)
- (a) 폴리우레탄 발포제를 가압된 불활성 가스를 이용하여 팽창시키고; (b) d1발포체 형성물에 알킬렌옥사이드 함량이 약 37 중량% 미만인 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리에테르 폴리실록산 콤 코폴리머를 첨가하는 것으로 됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리우레탄 발포체의 안정화 방법
- 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 다음 일반화된 구조 중에서 선택된 구조를 갖는 것이 특징인 방법; (a) R-Si(CH3)2O-[Si(CH3)2O-]x-[SiCH3R1O-]a-[SiCH3R2O-]b-[SiCH3R3O-]c-[Si(CH3)R4O-]d-Si(CH3)2-R; 또는 (b) R-Si(CH3)2O-[Si(CH3)2O]m-[SiCH2[O-(SiCH3R]O)m-Si(CH3)2R)O)n-[SiCH3RO-]m-Si(CH3)2-R; (식 중, R1, R2및 R3는 식 -B-CnH2nO-(C2H4O)c-(C3H6O)1(C4H8O)gZ의 폴리알킬렌 옥사이드 폴리에테르이고, 여기서 R1은 평균 분자량이 3000 내지 6000gms/mole이며 에틸렌 옥사이드(EO)는 폴리에테르의 알킬렌 옥사이드 함량의 20-60 중량 퍼센트이고; R2의 평균 분자량은 800 내지 2900이며 EO는 폴리에테르의 알킬렌 옥사이드 함량의 20-60중량 퍼센트이며; R3의 평균 분자량은 800 내지 2900gms/mole이며 EO는 폴리에테르의 알킬렌 옥사이드 함량의 5-100 중량 퍼센트이고; R4는 C1내지 C12의 알킬 또는 아릴기이고, B는 히드로실리화를 수행할 수 있는 부분으로부터 유도되고, R은 R1, R2, R3또는 R4중에서 선택되고 ; x=40 - 200; a+b0, y=5 내지 40; m=10 내지 100; n≤4; Z는 -H, 탄소수 1-8개의 알킬 또는 아르알킬기, -C(O)Z', -C(O)OZ', 또는 -C(O)NHZ';Z'은 탄소수 1-8개의 일관능기 알킬 또는 아릴기; e, f 및 g는 폴리에테르에 의해 요구되는 분자량으로 정의되며; 단, 이때 계면활성제 구조의 총 EO함량은 37 중량% 미만이어야 함)
