Abstract

제1및/또는 제2아미노기를 가진 적어도 하나의 1가의 SiC-결합레디컬을 가진 오르가노폴리실록산(A)을 유화제(C)와 수상(D)의 존재하에 카르복실산 무수물과 반응시키는 방법으로 에멀젼을 제조한다.
그 에멀젼을 섬유처리제로 사용하는데 적합하다.

Claims (7)

  1. (A)제1및/또는 제2아미노기를 구성하는 적어도 하나의 1가 SiC-결합레디컬을 가진 오르가노폴리실록산을 (B)카르복실산무수물과 반응시키는 아실화아미노-기능오르가노폴리실록산 구성의 에멀젼 제조방법에 있어서, 그 반응을 (C)유화제와 (D)수상의 존재하에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 아실화처리는 유화처리중에 또는 유화처리후에 실시함을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 그 오르가노폴리실록산(A)은 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 적어도 하나의 실록산단위를 가지며, 다른 모든실록산 단위는 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)를 가짐을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
    위식에서, R1은 같거나 다르며, 1가의 선택적인 플루오린-, 클로린-또는 브로민-치환 C1∼C18탄화수소 래디컬, 수소원자, C1∼C12알콕시 레디컬 또는 히드록실래디컬 또는 알킬글리콜래디컬이며, Q는 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 기이다.
    위식[Ⅲ]에서, R2는 2가의 C1-C18탄화수소래디컬, R3는 구소원자 또는 선택적인 플루오린-, 클로린-,또는 브로민- 치환 C1∼C18탄화수소래디칼이다.
    위식에서, a는 0.1 또는 2의 값을 가지며, b는 1,2 또는 3의 값을 가지고, C는 0,1,2 또는 3의 값을 가지며, d는 0,1,2,3 또는 4의 값을 가지고, m은 2,3,4,5 또는 6의 값을 가진다.
    a와 b의 합은 약 4이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 그 카르복실산 무수물(B)은 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 카르복실산 무수물임을 특징으로 하는 위 제조방법.
    위식에서, R6은 같거나 다르며, 1가의 선택적인 플루오린-, 클로린-또는 브로민-치환 C1∼C18탄화수소래디컬 또는 산소원자에 의해 중단시킨 탄화수소래디컬이며, 또 두개의 래디컬 R6은 유기환식 구조의 생성과 함께 연결된다.
  5. 청구범위 제1항 내지 제4항의 방법에 의해 얻을 수 있는 에멀젼.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 불연속오일상의 평균입자크기는 140mm이하임을 특징으로 하는 에멀젼.
  7. 섬유처리제로서 청구범위 제5항 또는 제6항의 에멀젼의 사용.
