Abstract
본 발명은 셀룰로즈 또는 석재 표면이 방수성을 지니도록 처리하기에 적합한 수성 유액에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 조성물은, (i)일반식 RnSi(OR′)4-n의 알콕시실란[여기서 ,R은 알킬 라디칼, 알케닐 라디칼, 폐닐, 클로로프로필 또는 트리플루오로프로필이고, n은 1또는 2이며, R′는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬 라디칼이다.](ii) 일반식 R″mR pSi(OR′)4-m-p의 실란 커플링제[여기서, R″는 아미노 또는 4급 암모늄 유기 작용성 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, R는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬라디칼이며, R′는 상술한 바와 같은 의미이고, m은 1또는 2이며, p는 0또는 1이고, 단 m+p는 2이하이다.]및 (ⅲ)폴리이소부틸렌 중합체를 포함하며, 이때 알콕시실란(i) 대 실란커플링체(ⅱ)의 몰비는 0.5:1 내지 3:1이다.
본 발명의 바람직한 유액은 왁스 성분을 추가로 포함한다.

Claims (3)
- (i)일반식 RnSi(OR′)4-N의 알콕시실란[여기서, R은 탄소수 1내지 10의 알킬 라디칼, 탄소수 2 내지 8의 알케닐 라디칼, 페닐 클로로프로필 및 트리플루오로프로필로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, n은 1또는 2이며, R′는 탄소수 1내지 6의 알킬 라디칼이다.] (ⅱ) 일반식 R˝mR pSi(OR′)4-M-P의 실란 커플링제 [여기서, R″는 이미노 또는 4급 암모늄 유기 작용성 그룹으로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택되고, R는 탄소수 1내지 4의 알킬 라디칼이며, R′는 상술한 바와 같은 의미이고, m은 1또는 2이며, p는 0또는 1이고, 단 m+p는 2이하이다] 및 (ⅲ)폴리이소부틸렌 중합체를 포함하며, 이때 성분 (i)의 알콕시실란 대 성분(ⅱ)의 실란커플링체의 몰비가 0.5:1 내지 3:1이고, 성분 (ⅲ)의 폴리이소부틸렌 증합체의 함량이 성분(i)과 성분(ⅱ)의 총 100중량부당 10 내지 300중량부인 수성 유액.
- 제1항에 있어서 (ⅳ) 왁스를, 성분(i)과 성분 (ⅱ)의 총 100중량 부당, 5내지 1.500 중량부의 함량으로 추가로 포함하는 유액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 따른 유액을 표면에 적용함을 포함하여, 표면이 방수 특성을 지니도록 표면을 처리하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
