Abstract

본 발명은 , 물 석고중에 화학식(1) 또는 화학식(2)의 실란 및 화학식(3)의 유화되지 않은 폴리실록산을 혼합시키는 단계를 포함하여, 실질적으로 균일하게 분산된 소수성 첨가제를 갖는 수성 석고 혼합물의 제조 방법을 제공한다.
상기 식에서 R은 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 1 내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내며, R′은 아미노, 아미노-저급 알킬- 아미노 또는 디알킬렌트리아민 그룹으로 치환되거나 비치환된 저급 알킬 그룹을 나타내며, a는 20 내지 200의 평균치를 갖는다.
상기 실란은 바람직하게는 N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란이고 상기 폴리실록산은 바람직하게는 트리메틸로 말단-블록화된 직쇄 메틸하이드로겐 폴리실록산이다. 상기 방법은 계면활성제의 첨가를 추가로 포함할 수 있다. 상기 방법에 따라 제조된 석고 혼합물을 포함하고 석고 제품도 또한 기술되어 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 물석고에 화학식(1) 또는 화학식(2)의 실란 및 유화되지 않은 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식(3)의 폴리실록산을 혼합시키는 단계를 포함하여, 실질적으로 균일하게 분산된 소수성 첨가제를 갖는 수성 석고 혼합물을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서 R은 각각 동일하거나 상이하고 1내지 8개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 탄화수소 그룹을 나타내며, R′은 아미노, 아미노-저급 알킬- 아미노 또는 디알킬렌트리아민 그룹으로 치환되거나 비치환된 저급 알킬 그룹을 나타내며, a는 20내지 200의 평균치를 갖는다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각각이 실란 R그룹이 메틸 또는 에틸을 나타내고, R′은 아미노, 아미노-저급 알킬- 아미노 또는 디알킬렌트리아민 그룹으로 치환된 프로필 그룹인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실록산이 트리메틸로 말단-블록화된 직쇄 메틸하이드로겐 폴리실록산을 포함하고 a는 40내지 80의 평균치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 실란이 석고의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.025내지 0.3중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리실록산이 석고의 중량을 기준으로 하여 0.1내지 1.0중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 계면활성제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 계면활성제가 석고의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.1중량%의 양으로 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 또는 무기/유리섬유를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 따른 방법에 의해 제조된 석고 혼합물을 포함하고 석고 제품.
