Abstract

출발물질로서 (A) 축합할 수 있는 기를 포함하는 오르가노폴리실록산, (B) 축합촉매, (C) 분자량 20,000 미만의 오르가노폴리실록산수지, (D) 염기성 질소함유화합물 및 (E) 폴리비닐알코올을 사용하여 제조할 수 있는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산제.

Claims (10)

  1. 출발물질로서, (A) 축합할 수 있는 기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실록산, (B)축합 촉매, (C) 분자량 20,000 이상의 오르가노폴리실록산, (D) 염기성 질소함유 화합물 및 (E) 폴리비닐알코올을 사용하여 제조할 수 있는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 그 폴리비닐알코올(E)는 축합할 수 있는 기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실록산(A) 100중량부에대하여 0.5∼10중량부를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 그 사용한 폴리비닐알코올(E)은 분자량 20,000∼100,000, 가수분해가 100이상임을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 사용한 축합할 수 있는 기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실록산(A)는 다음식(I)의 오르가노폴리실록산(A)임을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
    RO-[SiR1 2O]n -R(Ⅰ)
    위 식에서, R은 같거나 다르며 수소원자 또는 탄소원자수 1-6의 알킬 래디컬이며, R1은 할로겐원자, 아미노기, 에테르기,에스테르기, 에폭시기, 메르캅토기, 시아노기에 의해 선택적으로 치환되는 탄소원자수 1∼18의 같거나 다른 탄화수소 래디컬 또는 (폴리)글리콜 래디컬이며, 후자는 옥시에틸렌 및/또는 옥시프로필렌단위로부터 형성되고, n은 적어도 30의 정수이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 사용되는 오르가노폴리실록산수지(C)는 다음식(II)의 단위로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
    R2 aSiO4-a(Ⅱ)
    위 식에서, R2는 할로겐원자, 아미노기, 에테르기, 에스테르기, 에폭시기, 메르캅토기, 시아노기에 의하여 선택적으로 치환되는 탄소원자수 1∼18의 같거나 다른 탄화수소 래디컬 또는 (폴리)글리콜 래디컬이며, 후자는 옥시에틸렌단위 및/또는옥시프로필렌단위에서 형성되고, a는 평균치 0.5∼1.95의 수이다.
  6. 제1항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 그 오르가노폴리실록산수지(C)는 분자량 10,000 미만임을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성 분산제.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 그 사용되는 오르가노폴리실록산수지(C)는 평균 분자량 500∼6000의 식[CH3SiO]0.6∼0.8[(CH3)2SiO]0.2∼0.4로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산제.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 그 사용되는 오르가노폴리실록산수지(C)는 축합할 수 있는 기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실록산(A) 100중량부에 대하여 0.1∼100중량부를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산제.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 염기성 질소함유화합물(D)은 염기성 질소를 함유한 적어도하나의 유기 래디컬을 가지며, 다음식(IV)의 단위로부터 형성되는 오르가노실리콘 화합물임을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산제.
    R4 bYcSi(OR5)dO4-b-c-d(Ⅳ)
    위 식에서, R4는 같거나 다르며, 염기성 질소가 없는 1가 유기 래디컬이고, R5는 같거나 다르며, 수소원자, 알킬 래디컬,알칼리금속 카티온 또는 알모늄 또는 포스포늄기이며, Y는 같거나 다르며, 염기성 질소를 함유한 1가의 SiC-결합 래디컬이고, b는 0,1,2 또는 3이며, c는 0,1,2,3 또는 4이고, d는 0,1,2 또는 3이다. 단, b,c 및 d의 합은 4와 같거나 4 미만이고, 적어도 하나의 래디컬 Y는 한분자당 존재한다.
  10. 축합할 수 있는 기를 함유한 오르가노폴리실록산(A)에 오르가노폴리실록산수지(C)를 용해시켜, 그 얻어진용액을 폴리비닐알코올(E), 물 및 필요할 경우 다른 성분으로 유화처리시킴을 특징으로 하는 오르가노폴리실록산의 수용성분산제를 제조하는 방법.
