제1도는 실시예2에서 제조한 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸옥산 혼성중합체의 양성자 핵자기공명(1H-NMR)스펙트럼이며, 제2도는 사용한 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸실옥산 혼성중합체에 있어서 폴리디메틸실옥산 부분의 디메틸실란옥시단위수와 성형품의 아이조드충격강도와의 관계를 표시한 그래프.

Claims (5)

  1. 일반식
    〔식중, R1및 R2은 각각 수소, 탄소수 1-4의 알킬기를 표시하며, R3및 R4는 각각 수소, 할로겐, 탄소수1-20의 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 표시하고, x는 1-5의 정수를 표시하고 y는 1-4의 정수를 표시하며 n은 1-100의 정수를 표시한다〕로 표시되는 폴리카르보네이트 블록 및 일반식
    〔식중, R5및 R6는 각각 방향족을 포함하는 유기잔기를 표시하며, m은 100이상의 정수를 표시한다.〕로 표시되는 폴리디메틸실옥산블록으로된 혼성중합체이며, 이 혼성중합체중의 폴리디메틸실옥산블록부분의 비율이 0.5-10중량%인 동시에 혼성중합체의 n-헥산가용분이 1.0중량%이하이고, 점도 평균분자량이 10,000-50,000인 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸실옥산혼성 중합체.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R5및 R6가 독립적으로 3-(O-히드록시페닐)프로필기, 2-(p-히드록시페닐)에틸기, 식
    으로 표시된 기와 식
    으로 표시된 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸실옥산혼성중합체.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식
    〔식중, R1, R2, R4및 y는 전기한 것과 동일하다.〕로 표시되는 유기디히드록시 화합물 및 일반식
    〔식중, R5, R6및 m은 전기한 것과 동일하다〕로 표시되는 폴리디메틸실옥산과 탄산에스테르형 성형유도체와를 액체매매중에서 분자량조절제의 존재하에서 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸실옥산혼성중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항의 폴리카르보네이트-폴리디메틸실옥산 혼성중합체 40-90중량% 및 무기 충전제 60-10중량%로 된 수지조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 무기충전제가 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유인 수지 조성물.
