Claims (2)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)
    (여기서, R1은 탄소수 1-20의 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환 1가 탄호수소기로서, 각 R1은 서로 동일하거나 상이해도 좋으며, R2는 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 수산기 치환 1가 탄화수소기이고, R3은 수소 원자 또는 탄소수 1-20의 비치환 또는 수산기 치환 1가 탄화수소기이며, R4는 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환 또는 수산기 치환 2가 탄화수소기이거나, 또는 이 탄화수소기에 있어서 탄소의 1/2 이하가 산소로 치환된 기이고, X는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드 중에서 선택된 할로겐이며, a는 0≤a≤20의 수임)로 표시되는 양이온형 실리콘 계면 활성 물질.
  2. 한쪽 말단에 Si-H 결합을 갖는 오르가노하이드로 젠폴리실록산과 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 결합 및 1개의 에폭시기를 갖는 에폭시 화합물을 백금 촉매하에 반응시켜 말단에 에폭시기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산을 얻고, 이어서 얻어진 오르가노폴리실록산을 제2 아민과 가열 반응시킨 후 다시 알킬할라이드와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 양이온형 실리콘 계면 활성물질의 제조 방법.
