Claims (2)
- 하기 일반식[여기서, R1은 탄소수 1-20의 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환 1가 탄화수소기 또는 트리알킬실록시기이며, 각 R1은 서로 동일하거나 상이해도 좋고, R2는 탄소수 1-10의 비치환 또는 할로겐 치환 또는 수산기 치환 2가 탄화수소기 또는 이 탄화수소기에 있어서 탄소의 1/2 이하가 산소로 치환된 기이며, M은 A족 알칼리 금속 또는 NR3R4R5(R3, R4, R5는 각각 수소 또는 탄소수 1-20의 1가 탄화수소기를 나타내고, R3, R4및 R5는 서로 동일하거나 상이해도 좋음)이고, a는 0≤a≤20의 수임]로 표시되는 음이온형 실리콘 계면 활성물질.
- 한쪽 말단에 Si-H 결합을 갖는 오르가노하이드로 젠폴리실록산과 1개의 에틸렌성 불포화 결합 및 1개의 에폭시기를 갖는에폭시 화합물을 백금 촉매 존재하에 반응시켜서 말단에 에폭시기를 갖는 오르가노폴리실록산을 얻고, 이어서 얻어진 오르가노폴리실록산을 1가 금속의 중아황산염과 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 음이온형 실리콘 계면 활성 물질의 제조 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
