Claims (6)

  1. 도전성 지지체상에 감광층을 갖는 전자사진 감광체로서, 상기 감광층이 결합제 수지로서 하기 일반식(1)로 나타내어지는 반복 구조 단위를 갖는 변성 폴리카르보네이트 수지를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 전자사전 감광체.
    (상기 식중, R1및 R2는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원자로부터 선택되며, R1및 R2중 최소한 1개는 알킬기이고, 및 R3및 R4는 각가 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기 또는 수소원자를 나타낸다)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 변성 폴리카르보네이트 수지가 하기 일반식(1) 및 (2)로 나타내어지는 반복 구조단위를 일반식(1)의 반복구조단위와 일반식(2)의 반복구조단위의 비율 최소한 20:80으로 갖음을 특징으로 하는 전자사전 감광체.
    (상기 식중, R1및 R2는 수소원자, 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기 및 할로겐 원자로부터 선택되며, R1및 R2중 최소한 1개는 알킬기이고, 및 R3및 R4는 각가 독립적으로 탄소수 1∼3의 알킬기 또는 수소원자를 나타낸다)
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 변성폴리카르보네이트 수지가 10,000∼50,000의 점도-평균분자량을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 전자사긴 감광체.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상술한 변성 폴리카르보네이트 수지가 10,000∼50,000의 점도-평균분자량을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상술한 감광체가 전하발생층 밑 전하이동층으로 구성되며, 및 상술한 변성 폴리카르보네이트 수지가 결합제 수지로서 상기 전하이동층내에 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상술한 감광체가 전하발생층 및 천하이동층으로 구성되며, 및 상술한 변성폴리카트보네이트 수지가 경합제 수지로서 상기 전하이동층내에 함유됨을 특징으로 하는 전자사진 감광체.
