스티렌의 신디오택틱 중합체 및 폴리페닐렌에테르 기재의 열가소성 조성물

제1도는 70중량%의 폴리스티렌과 30중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르의 혼합물로 구성된 조성물의 동적-기계적 특성을 나타낸다.
제2도는 85중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르로 구성된 조성물의 동적-기계적 특성을 나타낸다.
제3도는 70중량%의 EDISTIR 1280폴리스티렌과 30중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테트로 구성된 조성물의 동적-기계적 특성을 나타낸다.

Claims (10)

  1. 스티렌 중합체 및 폴리페닐렌에테르의 중량의 합을 기준으로, -필수적으로 신디오택틱 구조를 갖는 적어도 하나의 스티렌 중합체 50 내지 95중량%, -적어도 하나의 폴리페닐렌에세트 50 내지 5중량%를 함유하는 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 60 내지 90중량%의 스티렌 중합체와 40 내지 10중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르를 함유하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스티렌 중합체가 25,000 내지 1,200,000, 바람직하게는 100,000내지 800,000의 중량 평균 분자량을 갖는 조성물.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스티렌 중합체가 적어도 250℃, 바람직하게는 260℃ 내지 275℃의 융점을 갖는 조성물.
  5. 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스티렌 중합체가 폴리스티렌인 조성물.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스티렌 중합체가 폴리-파라-메틸-스티렌인 조성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 스티렌 중합체가 스티렌/파라-메틸-스티렌 공중합체인 조성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌에테르가 하기 일반식의 반복 단위를 함유하는 조성물.
    [식중에서, 단위의 에테르의 산소는 인접한 단위의 벤젠고리에 결합되어 있고, n은 50보다 큰 정수이고, 서로 같거나 다른 R1및 R2는 수소원자 또는 할로겐원자, α-위치에 삼차 탄소원자를 함유하지 않는 탄화수소 라디칼, 벤젠고리 및 할로겐원자 사이에 적어도 2개의 탄소원자를 함유하고 α-위치에 삼차 탄소원자를 함유하지 않는 할로-탄화수소기 또는 할로-히드로카르복시기이다.]
  9. 제8항에 있어서, R1및 R2기중 적어도 하나가 1개 내지 4개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 알킬기인 조성물.
  10. 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌에테르가 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌) 에테르인 조성물.
