Claims (8)

  1. 하기 일반식(1b)의 반복단위를 다수개 포함하는 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체에 있어서, 다수개의 반복단위중의 2가 유기잔기(DM)가 중합체 주쇄에 퍼플루오로사이클로부탄환을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체;
    상기식에서, Ar은 방향족 그룹이고; DM은 중합조건하에서 산중에 불활성이고 안정한 2가 유기잔기이고; Z는 각각 독립적으로 -O-, -S-, -NR- (이때, Z잔기는 서로에 대하여 시스-또는 트란스-배향으로 위치하고, R은 H, 알킬 그룹 또는 방향족 그룹이다)이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 퍼플루오로사이클로부탄 잔기를 함유하는 DM이 하기 일반식을 갖는 포리벤즈아졸 중합체:
    상기식에서, Ar1은 각각 독립적으로 탄소수 약18이하의 이작용성 방향족 그룹이고; J은 각각 독립적으로 산소원자 또는 황원자이고; 각각의 사이클로부탄 잔기내의 F는 이 잔기가 퍼플루오르화 되었음을 나타낸다.
  3. 제1항에 또는 이. 제2항에 있어서, Z가 각각 -O- 또는 -S-인 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Ar1각각 독립적으로 하기 구조식(a)또는 일반식(b)중의 하나인 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체;
    상기식에서, X는 결합을 나타내거나, 산소원자, 설포닐 그룹, 카보닐 그룹, 알킬 그룹 또는 퍼플루오르화 알킬 그룹이다.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한항에 있어서, Ar이 각각 메타-페닐렌 또는 파라-페닐렌 잔기인 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, DM이 페닐렌, 비페닐렌 또는 디페닐렌 에테르그룹인 반복 단위를 추가로 함유하는 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체.
  7. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 모든 반복단위가 퍼플루오로사이클로부탄 잔기를 함유하는 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 하기 일반식들중의 하나로 나타내어지는 반복단위를 함유하는 폴리벤즈아졸 중합체:
