Claims (12)

  1. 열가소성 수지 조성물에 있어서, (A) 25 내지 70중량%의 폴리아미드, (B) 25 내지 70중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르 및 (C) 적어도 하나의 폴리머블록이 주로 비닐 방향족 화합물이고, 적어도 하나의 폴리머블록이 주로 25 내지 85중량%의 비닐 방향족 화합물 함량을 갖는 짝 이중결합화합물(conjugated diene compound)로 구성되어 있는 2 내지 25중량%의 블록공중합체를 함유하고 상기 폴리아미드는 연속상을 형성하고, 이 연속상에 상기 폴리페닐렌 에테르를 분산시켜 평균 입자 직경이 0.5 내지 10㎛인 분산상을 형성하고, 상기 모든 블록 공중합체가 폴리페닐렌의 분산상에 미세 분산됨을 특징으로 하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (C)가 30 내지 70중량%의 비닐 방향족 화합물의 함량을 갖는 블록 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 35 내지 60중량%의 비닐 방향족 화합물의 함량을 갖는 블록 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(C)가 스티렌 함량이 35 내지 60중량%인 스티렌과 부라디엔으로 구성되는 블록 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 나일론 6, 나일론 6,6 및 나일론 6-, 6, 6-공중합체 중에서 하나 이상을 선택하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 하기식(I)의 구조 단위로 구성되는 폴리페닐렌 에테르인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하고, 각각 t-부틸기를 제외한 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 아릴기, 할로겐원자 및 수소원자로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 1가의 라디칼이고, R1및 R2는 동시에 수소원자가 아니다.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 폴리(2, 6-디메틸-1, 4-페닐렌) 에테르인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(B)가 하기식(I) 및 (II)의 구조 단위로 구성되는 공중합체인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
    상기식에서, R1, R2, R3, R4, R5및 R6는 동일 또는 상이하고 각각은 t-부틸기를 제외한 탄소수 1 내지 4의 알킬기, 아릴기, 할로겐원자 및 수소원자로 구성되는 군에서 선택된 1가의 라디칼이고 ; R1과 R2뿐만 아니라 R3와 R4각각은 동시에 수소원자가 아니다.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 나일론 6, 나일론 6, 6 및 나일론 6-, 6, 6-공중합체로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택되고, 성분(B)는 폴리(2, 6-디메틸-1, 4-페닐렌) 에테르인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  10. 제1 내지 9항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 연속상에서 폴리페닐렌 에테르를 분산시켜 형성된 분산된 상의 평균입자 직경이 0.8 내지 7㎛인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 조성물이 0.05 내지 2중량%의 분산형-조절제를 더 함유하는 열가소성 수지 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 분산형-조절제가 페노티아 진인 열가소성 수지 조성물.
