Claims (10)

  1. 하기 성분(A)~(E)로 구성된 무전해 도금에 적합한 난연성 폴리페닐렌 에테르수지 조성물. (A) 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 10~60중량%의 폴리페닐렌에테르 수지; (B) 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로, 아크릴로 니트릴 단위 및 비닐 방향족 화합물 단위로 구성된 그래프트 성분이 그래프트되어 있는 엘라스토머성 고무로 구성된 그래프트화 고수상(α), 및 아크릴로니트릴 단위 및 비닐 방향족 화합물 단위를 포함하는 중합체 또는 중합체 혼합물의 수지상(β)로 구성되어 있는 10~90중량%의 고무-변성수지; 전술한 그래프트화 고무상(α)는 엘라스토머성 고무에 그래프트된 전술한 그래프트 성분 대 전술한 엘라스토머성 고무의 비(%)의 정의되는 바인 그래프트도가 40~300%이고; 전술한 그래프트 성분중의 아크릴로니트릴의 함량 및 수지상(β)중의 아크릴로니트릴의 함량은 각각 10~30중량% 및 3~9중량%이고, 고무-변성 수지(B)중의 모든 아크릴로니트릴의 양은 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1~7중량%이고, 전술한 엘라스토머성 고무의 양은 성분 (A), (B) 및 (C)의 전체중량을 기준으로 5~20중량%이고; (C) 성분 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 0~80중량%의 폴리스티렌 수지; (D) 성분 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체의 100중량부당 1~4 중량부의 적인; 및 (E) 성분 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체의 100중량부당 1~12중량부의 인산 에스테르.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 양은 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 각각 20~40중량%, 15~70중량% 및 0~65중량%이고;고무-변성수지(B)중의 모든 아크릴로니트릴 단위의 양은 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1~5중량%이고; 전술한 엘라스토머성 고무의 양은 성분 (A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 1~5중량%이고; 전술한 엘라스토머성 고무의 양은 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체 중량을 기준으로 5~15중량%이고; 및 적인(D) 및 인산 에스테르(E)의 양은 성분(A),(B) 및 (C)의 전체의 100중량부당 각각 1.5~3.5중량부 및 3~10중량부인 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)는 폴리(2,6-디메틸-1,4-페닐렌)에테르, 2,6-디메틸페놀과 2,3,6-트리메틸페놀의 공중합체, 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 폴리페닐렌 에테르수지인 조성물.
  4. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분(B)의 그래프트화고무상(α) 및 수지상(β)의 각각의 비닐 방향족 화합물은 스티렌인 조성물.
  5. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 성분(C)는 폴리스티렌, 고충격 폴리스티렌 및 이들의 혼합물로 구성된 군에서 선택된 폴리스티렌 수지인 조성물.
  6. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 전술한 성분(D)의 인산 에스테르는 방향족 인산 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 두께 3.2mm의 샘플로 시험하였을때, 버어티칼 버닝 테스트(Vertical Burning Test)의 UL-94표준에 정의된 V-0등급의 가연성 및 글로잉(glowing)특성을 가지는 조성물.
  8. 제1~3항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 두께 1.6mm의 샘플로 시험하였을때, 버어티칼 버닝 테스트(Vertical Burning Test)의 UL-94표준에 정의된 V-0등급 또는 V-1등급의 가연성 및 글로잉(glowing)특성을 가지는 조성물.
  9. 제1,2 또는 3항에 있어서, 형상품인 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 무전해 도금에 의해 형성된 도금을 그 위에 가지는 조성물.
