Claims (7)

  1. (A) 일반식(1)의 폴리유기실록산(이 폴리유기실록산은 폴리유기실록산당 후술할 Q라디칼 및 히드록실 라디칼 중에서 선택된 라디칼 하나이상을 함유한다); (B) 실리콘 원자에 결합된 수소원자-함유폴리유기실록산; (C) 촉매; (D) 5 내지 12개의 탄소원자, 말단 에티닐그룹 및 이 네티닐 그룹과 공액된 에테닐 그룹을 함유하는 공액 엔-인; 및 (E) 일반식(2)의 비닐시클로실록산으로 이루어진 경화성 실리콘조성물.
    상기식에서, R1은 일가의 비-올레핀계 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 라디칼이고; Q는 일반식(CnH2n)CH=CH2(여기서, n은 0내지 4이다)의 비닐-함유라디칼이며; R2는 R1라디칼, Q라디칼 및 히드록실 라디칼 중에서 선택되며;x는 18 내지 6000이고; a는 0,1 또는 2이며; b는 0,1 또는 2이고; 단, a+b의 평균합은 1.8내지 2.2이고 ; 각 R5는 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐이고 m은 3내지 6의 평균값을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(A)가 0.5 내지 99.48부로 존재하고; 성분 (B)가 0.5 내지 99.48부로 존재하며; 성분(C)가 0.000001 내지 1.0부로 존재하고; 성분(D)가 0.01 내지 10부로 존재하며; 성분(E)가 0.01 내지 10부로 존재(여기서 성분(A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E)는 총 100부이고 여기서 모든부는 중량부이다)하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 성분(D)가인 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물에 충진제가 더 첨가된 경호성 수지조성물.
  5. (A) 일반식(1)의 폴리유기실록산 0.5 내지 99.48부(이 폴리유기실록산은 분자당 비닐 및 OH기중에서 선택된 라디칼 하나이상을 함유한다); (B) 일반식 (4)의 폴리유기실록산 0.5 내지 99.48부(이 폴리유기실록산은 분자당 실리콘에 결합된 수소원자 하나이상을 함유한다); (C) 금속중에 대하여, 촉매 0.000001 내지 1.0부; (D) 5 내지 12개의 탄소원자, 말단 에티닐그룹 및 이 에티닐 그룹과 공액된 에티닐그룹을 함유하는 탄화수소인 방지제 0.1 내지 10부; (E) 일반식(2)의 비닐시클로실록산 0.01 내지 10부; 및 (G) 용매 0 내지 4000부로 이루어진, 기질용 경화성 피복조성물.
    상기식에서 R1은 일가의 비-올레핀계 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 라디칼이고; Q는 비닐-함유라디칼이며; R2는 Q라디칼, R1라디칼 및 OH 라디칼 중에서 선택되며; a는 0,1 또는 b는 0,1 또는 2이고; b는 0,1 또는 2이며; 단, a+b의 평균합은 1.8 내지 2.2이고; x는 18 내지 4000이고; R3는 일가의 비-올레핀계 탄화수소 또는 할로겐화 탄화수소 라디칼이고; H는 수소원자이며; R4는 수소원자 및 R3라디칼 중에서 선택되고; c는 0,1 또는 2이며; d는 0,1 또는 2이고 ; 단, c+d의 평균합은 1.8 내지 2.2이고 y는 18 내지 500이며; 각 R5는 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐이고; m은 3내지 6의 평균값을 나타내며; 상기의 모든 부는 성분 (A)+(B)+(C)+(D)+(E) 총 100부에 대한 중량부이다.
  6. 5내지 12개의 탄소원자, 말단에티닐 그룹 및 이 에티닐 그룹과 공액된 에네닐그룹을 함유하는 공액 엔-인 1 내지 99중량부; 및 일반식(2)의 비닐시클로실록산 1내지 99중량부로 주로 구성된 촉매방지제 조성물(상기 성분들의 합은 총 100부이다)
    (R5CH2=CHSiO)m(2)
    상기식에서, 각 R5는 메틸, 에틸 또는 페닐이고 m은 3내지 6의 평균값을 나타낸다.
  7. 비닐-함유 또는 히드록실-함유폴리유기실록산, 실리콘 원자에 결합된 수소원자-함유폴리유기수소실록산, 촉매 및 촉매방지제로 이루어진 경화성 실리콘 조성물에 있어서, 촉매방지제로서, 5내지 12개의 탄소원자, 말단에티닐 그룹 및 이 에티닐 그룹과 공액돤 에테닐 그룹을 함유하는 고액 엔-인 1내지 99중량부 및 일반식(2)의 비닐시클로실록산 1내지 99중량부로 주로 구성된 조성물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 경화성 실리콘 조성물.
