Claims (6)

  1. 물 50내지 95중량%와, 필수적으로 폴리디메틸 실록산 80내지 99.5%, 및 수 평균 분자량이 800이상이고 일반식(Ⅰ)로 나타내어지는 에톡실화 알킬 알콜 0.5내지 20%로 이루어진 고형분 5내지 50중량%를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 스판덱스 섬유에 사용하기에 특히 적합한 수성 에멀젼 가공제.
    H(CH2)n-0-(CH2CH2O)p-H (Ⅰ)
    상기식에서, 첨자 n은 30이상이고; 첨자 p는 10이상이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분자량이 1,200내지 3,000범위이고 n은 40내지 60범위이며 p는 15내지 50범위인 수성 가공제.
  3. 용융 상태의 에톡실화 알킬 5내지 20부를 열수 80내지 95부에 혼합하여 수성 에톡실화 알킬 알콜 에멀젼을 형성시킨 다음, 에톡실화 알콜 에멀젼 10내지 25부와, 필수적으로 폴리디메틸실록산 20내지 50%및 물 50내지 80%로 이루어지 두번째 수성 에멀젼 75내지 90부를 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 제1항에 따르는 가공제를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 섬유 중량의 0,5내지 10%양으로 가공제의 건조 중량을 표면 위에 함유하는 스판덱스 섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 건조 가공제의 양이 섬유 중량의 2내지 5%인 스판덱스 섬유.
  6. 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 스판덱스가 폴리에테르-기본 스판덱스인 스판덱스 섬유.
