Abstract
(A)수불용성 유기 액체 100중량부, (B)유기 액체(A)에 불용성인 제1소수성 충전제 0. 1 내지 20중량부 및 (C)유기 액체(A)에 적어도 부분적으로 가용성이고 주로 일반식 R3SiO1/2의 단위(여기서, R은 1가 탄화수소 그룹 또는 하이드록실 그룹이다) 및 구조식 Sioys의 단위로 이루어진 유기 극소 수지인 제2소수성 충전제 0.1내지 20중량부를 포함하고, 탄화수소 아민, 암모니아, 디실라잔 또는 알칼리(토)금속 수산화물을 함유하지 않는 기포 조절제가 기술되어 있다.

Claims (10)
- (A)수불용성 유기 액체 100중량부, (B)제1소수성 충전제 0. 1 내지 20중량부 및 (C)주로 일반식 R3SiO1/2의 단위(여기서, R은 1가 탄화수소 그를 또는 하이드록실 그룹이다) 및 구조식 SiO4/2단위로 이루어진 유기 규소 수지인 제2소수성 충전제 0.1 내지 20중량부를 포함하고, 충전제(B)가 액체(A)에 불용성이고, 충전제(C)가 액체(A)에 적어도 부분적으로 가용성이고, 기포 조절제가 탄화수소 아민, 암모니아, 구조식(CH3)3SiN(H)Si(CH3)3의 디실라잔 및 일반식 ZOH의 화합물(여기서, Z는 알칼리 또는 알칼리 토금속이다)을 함유하지 않음을 특징으로하는 기포 조절제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 액체(A)가 기포 조절제의 작동 온도에서 액체 물질인 기포 조절제.
- 제1항에 있어서. 유기 액체(A)가 이소파라핀계 오일, 지방산 에스테르, 무기 오일 또는 식물성 오일인 기포 조절제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1소수성 충전제(B)가 실리카. 에틸린 비스 스테아릴아미드 또는 폴리-에틸렌 왁스인 기포 조절제.
- 제1항에 있어서. 소수성 충전제(C)가 주로 일반식 R3SiO1/2의 1가 트리알킬실록시 그룹(여기서, R은 아킬 그룹이다) 및 구조식 SiO4/2의 4가 실록시 그룹으로 이루어진 실록산 수지이고, 4가 그룹에 대한 1가 그룹의 비가 0.65 : 1 내지 2.3 :·1인 기포 조절제.
- 제5항에 있어서, 충전제(C)가 유기 액체(A)에 적어도 부분적으로 가용성이면서 가능한 최대의 분자량을 갖는 기포 조절제.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제(B) 및 충전제(C)가 1:2 내지 2 : 1의 중량비로 존재하고, 충전제(B) 및 충전제(C)의 전체량이 유기 액체(A) 100중량부당 8 내지 15중량부인 기포 조절제.
- 제지 펄프 제조에서 기포 조절제로서의 제1항에 따르는 기포 조절제의 용도.
- 직물 염색 가공에서 기포 조절제로서 의 제1항에 따르는 기포 조절제의 용도.
- 절삭 오일용 기포 조절제로서외 제1항에 따르는 기포 조절제의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
