Abstract

실리콘을 함유하는 수중유적용 유화액
본 발명은 유화액 중에서 4 내지 7의 결합된 HLB가를 갖는 특정 실록산-옥시알킬렌 공중합체 계면활성제를 사용하여 제조한 수중유적형 유화액에 관한 것이다. 유상은 휘발성 실리콘유 및 비휘발성 실리콘을 또는 검, 또는 실리콘유와 검의 혼합물을 포함한다. 본 발명에 있어서 특이하고 놀라운 점은, 종래의 지식으로 볼 때 4 내지 7의 결합된 HLB가를 갖는 계면활성제로 인해서는 수중유적형 유화액보다는 유중수적형 유화액이 생성된다는 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. (ⅰ) 실리콘유 및 제1실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체를 갖는 유상을 제조하고; (ⅱ) 물 및 제2실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체를 갖는 수성상을 제조하고; 이때, 제1 및 제 2 실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체의 경합된 친수성-친유성 평형가(HLB)가 4 내지 7의 값을 가지고; (ⅲ) 유상을 수성상에 첨가하여 이들 상을 혼합시킴으로써 수중 유적형 유화액을 제조하는 것을 포함하는 유화액의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유상중의 실리콘유가 일반식[(CH3)2SiO]X(여기서, x는 3 내지 10의 값을 갖는다)의 휘발성 시클로폴리실록산과 점도 10 내지 10,000㎟/s(센티스토크)의 비휘발성 선형 폴리실록산을 포함하는 혼합물인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 유상중의 제1실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체가 하기 일반식의 실록산 폴리에테르인 방법:
    상기 식에서, Ra는 탄소원자 1 내지 6개의 알킬기이고; Rb는 라디칼 -CmH|2m-이고; Rc는 수소, 탄소원자 1 내지 6개의 알킬기 및 아릴기로 이루어진 군으로 부터 선택된 말단 라디칼이며; m은 2 내지 8의 값을 가지고; p 및 s는 각각 18 내지 28의 값을 가지고; x는 80 내지 120의 값을 가지며; y는 2 내지 10의 값을 갖는다.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, Ra및 말단 라디칼 Rc가 메틸기이고; m이 3 또는 4인 방법.
  5. 제3항에 있어서, 수성상 중의 제2실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체가 하기 일반식의 실록산 폴리에테르인 방법:
    상기 식에서, Ra는 탄소원자 1 내지 6개의 알킬기이고; Rb는 라디칼 -CmH|2m-이며; Rc는 수소, 탄소원자 1 내지 6개의 알킬기 또는 아릴기로부터 선택된 말단 라디칼이고; m은 2 내지 8의 값을 가지며; p는 8 내지 16의 값을 가지며; x는 6 내지 12의 값을 가지고; y는 1 내지 8의 값을 갖는다.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2실리콘 옥시알킬렌 공중합체의 결합된 친수성-친유성 평형가(HLB)가 6 내지 7의 값을 갖는 방법.
  7. 제1항의 방법에 따라 제조된 수중유적형 유화액을 포함하는 화장품.
