Abstract

본 발명은 수 불용성 유기 액체 100중량부, 입자크기가 20㎛ 이하인 제1소수성 충전제 0. 1 내지 20중량부 및 입자 크기가 30㎛ 이상인 제2소수성 충전제 0. 1 내지 20중량부를 포함[여기서, 충전제들은 유기 액체에 불용성이다]하는 발포 억제제에 관한 것이다. 발포 억제제는 세제 조성을, 재지용 펄프 제조, 섬유 염색 또는절삭유에 있어서 발포 방지제로서 특히 유용하다.

Claims (13)

  1. 수불용성 유기 액체(A) 100중량부, 제소수성 충전제(B) 0.1 내지 20중량부 밋 제3소수성 충전제(C) 0.1 내지 20중량부를 포함[여기서, 소수성 충전제(B)와 (C)는 수 불용성 유기 액체(A)에 불용성이다]하는 발포 억제제로서, 충전제(B)의 평균 입자 크기가 20㎛ 이하이고 충전재(C)의 평균 입자 크기가 30㎛ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 액체(A)가 황유, 식물성 오일 또는 지방산 에스테르임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제1소수성 충전재(B)가 실리카, 에틸렌 비스 스테아릴아미드 또는 폴리에틸렌 왁스임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성 충전제(B)의 평균 입자 크기가 5 내지 20㎛임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소수성 충전제(C)가 1가 트리알킬실록시 그룹인 R3Si01/2[여기서, R은 알킬 그룹이다) 및 4가 실록시 그룹인 Si04/2로 이루어진 실록산 수지임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 1가 그룹 : 4가 그룹의 비가 0.5 : 1 내지 1.1 : 1임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서. 충전제(C)의 평균 입자 크기가 50 내지 200㎛임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제6)와 (C)가 1 : 10 내지 10 : 1의 중량비로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 충전제(B)와 (C)의 총량이 유기 액체(A) 매 100부당 8 내지 15중량부임을 특징으로 하는 발포 억제제.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 발포 억제제의 세재 조성물용 발포 억제제로서의 용도.
  11. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 발포 억제제의 제지용 펄프 체조시의 발포 억제제로서의 용도.
  12. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 발포 억제제의 섬유 염색공정용 발포 억제제로서외 용도.
  13. 제1항 내지 제9항 중의 어느 한 항에 따르는 발포 억제제의 절삭유(cutting oil)용 발포 억제제로서의 용도.
